For my entire life, popcorn was one of my favorite snacks. It was synonymous with joy, fun and celebration, for me. Then cruelty of all cruelties--five years ago I developed an "adult onset" allergy to popping corn. I have no issues with regular corn (and no other food allergies) but found out it's one of the most common allergies that can pop up later in life because popping corn is actually a different grain than regular corn. (It has different molecular make-up, like a cousin to regular corn. Who knew?) According to the allergist I saw, it's one of the only allergies you can develop at any point, similar to bee stings. I'm a HUGE movie fan, popcorn and movies go hand in hand--part of the fun--and this forever changed my trips to the theater, movie nights at home (all of which were then 50% less fun)--and had to have Cheetos or some other guilty pleasure substitute while everyone else chowed down on the buttery goodness (and felt bad for me.) But nothing compares to popcorn. It was tragic. Why POPCORN of all things--part of one my favorite pastimes in life? I felt cursed. Until now. Cue: Nature Nate's Popped Sorghum with Ghee. I stumbled upon this while looking for summer snacks for my kid and thought it was too good to be true. BUT IT TASTES EXACTLY LIKE POPCORN. Because of this, I was in such disbelief and so hardwired to stay away from it that I ate only a tiny bit the first couple times and waited for the symptoms to hit. They never did. I can eat "popcorn" again! For someone like me, this stuff is a MIRACLE. I have my movie night life back! My home movie nights have come alive again and I can smuggle it into the theater in my bag and no longer feel like a FOMO popcorn pariah. Is it tinier? Yes. Who cares! Is it good? It's DELICIOUS! For someone who can't eat popcorn it's a gift from the gods--perfection. THANK YOU, Nature Nate's, for making this incredible product and bringing the sheer joy and delight of popped, buttery goodness back into my life. It means more to me than you could ever know. I ordered this after finding out that corn was the cause of a lot of my gut issues. My nutritionist suggested trying popped sorghum after I told him I really missed having popcorn when watching movies. I ordered this flavor along with the sea salt and the garlic herb. This one is by far my favorite. Although the kernels are significantly smaller than traditional popcorn, all of the flavor I was missing is there. It really is a great substitute. I just wish it wasn't so pricy for such a small amount.

Well, it doesn't taste exactly like popcorn and the pieces are small, so you have to be careful if you don't want them to drop all over, but it's tasty and makes a nice snack--and the hulls are less apt to stick between your teeth.

LOVE the flavor of the ghee butter popped sorghum, it's better than buttered popcorn and much more healthy.

I love this because I was trying to find a snack alternative to popcorn. This is it! So delicious. A little bit expensive for how much you get in a bag. Makes it difficult to share with rest of family.

I love popped sorghum! When my doctor said no more popcorn, I was quite distressed! It was one of my favorite foods. Now I’ve found Nature Nate’s popped sorghum I’m happy!! I love the ghee butter! Also, the coconut oil one is good! I have a little almost every day!! One of my treats!! I take it with me on my travels too!

This is a perfect replacement for buttered popcorn! I love finally having an alternative to corn as I'm corn intolerant

The product was stale and had an odd chemical flavor. It probably would have been better if it were fresh.
