Measurement markings inaccurate
Solid pitcher, looks good, no blemishes. BUT, the measurement markings are about 2 oz off. The 10 oz mark is actually about 8 oz and the 12 oz mark is actually about 10. Unfortunate but not a deal breaker.

Perfect find for my coffeemaker.
This pitcher meets the criteria I had in mind for my single serve Instapot coffee maker. After days of searching “caraffes” I tried “creamers”.We can get more than two servings of coffee with this cream pitcher, without having to change coffee cups in mid-stream. Finding the right sized piece….5 and 1/2 tall by four inches wide, at the bottom…. was an ordeal, but well worth the effort. It’s a small beauty and you will not be disappointed.

Great pitcher but text hard to read
Honestly best budget black pitcher you can get. High quality feels good in hand, pours really great. WORTH EVERY PENNYThe only gripe is the text is hard to read because there isn’t enough contrast to stand out, but guess what? For 99% of people who work in coffee this isn’t going to matter at all since we normally just pour till the base of the spout for chinosText on the outside isn’t bad either I hardly notice it. Some of these other beans had the ugliest logos. This isn’t bad

Measure markings are not accurate
We filled milk to the 4 oz mark inside the pitcher but it was less than it should have been. We poured milk into a measuring cup to the 4 oz mark and poured the milk into the pitcher. It looks to be between the 4 and 6 oz marks. The lower markings are very hard to read anyway.

It’s the reason I’m alive today.
Before this pitcher came into my life, I hadn’t felt truly happy for a very long time. It was as though there was a pitcher-shaped hole in my heart. I tried filling that hole with mugs, then travel cups, and finally with flasks, but there was always something missing. I was on the Internet one night at 3:00 AM looking for my next liquid-holding quick fix when I came across this pitcher. Though I was initially skeptical of its ability to hold milk while a tube blew steam into it, I decided to take a chance. After all, at this point I really had nothing left to lose. The first time I held this pitcher, it was like a light had finally pierced the darkness that had enveloped my soul. The steam bubbling through the milk was music to my ears. I didn’t think I would ever let it go. I had finally rediscovered what it is like to truly be happy with a cylindrical open-topped container. If you feel like I did, I urge you to let this pitcher into your life. Melt into its warm embrace. Let yourself be remade in its image. You will know a peace like no other.

Does the job well.
I've been using this to steam milk for my wife's espresso drinks. The handle stays cool to the touch while the sides get hot, allow you to know when to stop steaming. (we it gets too hot to touch) Unit is very sturdy and it cleans out with a simple rinse in the kitchen sink, if you do it directly after making your drink.

Nicely looking, but not black
I'm using this 'black' 20oz pitcher to make milk drinks (lattes) on a daily basis (about twice a day). I love the pitcher: it's the perfect size, can be hold easily and the spout has a good shape. I also like that It has the measures inside the pitcher. It looks very nice, BUT IT'S NOT BLACK - it is more a dark gray. After about 2-3 weeks of use, I would say that the quality is good, but the gray paint starts to fade already (only under the pitcher) since I'm tapping it on the counter occasionally. That's why I give it a 4 stars instead of 5. However, the rest of the paint is perfect, even though I put it in the fridge or the freezer for a couple of hours. However, I must say I take care of it carefully and wash it as soon as I am done with it.

Check your sizes!!
Check the size you need and buy it bigger! I made the mistake of buying one that has the capacity I need, but it is that size, so if you are using it to make cappuccinos, you're gonna have a problem with the amount of milk you use, and then it won't fit! (I mean, it does, but I have to be careful not to spiling everything all over the place).

Great value for money
On first impressions I thought it was smaller than expected, but this jug is perfect for the job.As others had said it's sturdy and well designed; the spout doesn't dribble and the handle feels robust. The measurements inside are handy and clearer than I expected. All in all, a fab addition to my new coffee machine.
