SonyPS4 Marvel's Spiderman: Game of The Year Edition PS4

When I first saw this game, I knew that it was going to be good, and the trailers and videos that followed only fueled my hype for the game. Then the limited offer of the PS4 bundle that came with this game for free came around and I was severely disappointed that I couldn't get it, due to them being sold out so fast... :( Eventually, I was able to snag a PS4, and I decided that this was going to be the first physical game I bought for the system.And holy cow, was it a good buy! Where do I even begin...?HIGHSGraphics: Are you sure that this is a game? Because it feels more like a high budget movie with graphics this good :D Everyone and everything's detailed beautifully, and the frame rate's pretty solid.Mechanics: Combat's admittedly a bit difficult to get into (I remember dying a lot against Kingpin and Shocker lol) but with a bit of practice, I was able to get the hang of it and it just feels so smooth! Combos are fun to perform and it always feels good to land that finisher move on an enemy. And do I really need to talk about the web-swinging and parkour moves? And I thought The Amazing Spider-Man on Wii U had good swinging... But this is just ridiculously awesome! It feels so clean...! Physics are so on point. And the aerial tricks you can perform are just a nice bonus :) I wish you could unlock more tricks, though... As I'm still playing through the game for the first time, I don't know if that's possible, but it isn't too big of a deal either way.Locale: As I don't live in the US, I found it to be an absolute treat being able to swing through a Marvel-ified Manhattan, and after a brief amount of research, I was amazed at how accurate Insomniac was with their recreation :O I actually FEEL like I'm in The Big Apple! Great sense of scope.Replay value: There's a real healthy amount of replayability in this game. And holy crap, there's a lot of suits here :O THEY EVEN REFERENCED INTO THE SPIDER-VERSE!!!! Automatic plus, as that movie's great. Plus, all the collectibles will keep me thoroughly entertained, I'm sure.LOWSI can't really think of any lows yet, at the time of this review (the game is that good) but I can't help but note what everyone else says about the DLC not being on a disc with the main game.... That could have been done, honestly.To finish, this game's just (for lack of a better pun) Spectacular :) I seriously hope that the sequel that the Internet has spoiled me on (lol) will be on PS4 as well - that'll be an instant pre-order!

It’s such a fun game, would reccomend to anyone even if you don’t like spiderman!

I've been wanting to play a good Spiderman game ever since I could remember. I played all the old ones on the PS2 and the Wii back in the day. What I can say is Marvel really outdid themselves on this one. The gameplay is riveting, and as fast paced as you want it to be. At one point about half way through the game I switched to "Hard difficulty" because I got really good at it. I can't play a whole lot of games at hard difficulty but this one added that extra necessity it make decisions quick and plan out your moves as opponents around you attack.The story and the movie scenes are what really did it for me though. A plot worthy of a movie and life like graphics made the story really pull you in and be genuinely interested in what was unfolding. With no RPG mechanics in this game, I felt more immersed in the story than any other game to date.I highly recommend this game for a number of reasons. Next to God Of War, this game is the best game available on PS4.

El juego llegó en perfectas condiciones y antes de tiempo de entrega lo cual es bueno, los puntos en contra seria que el juego me llego de otra región y los códigos para los DLC no los puedo canjear por lo mismo y también no lo puedes configurar al idioma a español, de ahí todo bien.
