Well this is not the first time that I've used this product. I've been using it for several years...since I went natural. I am not a "mixed chick" but this product came highly referred from one of my friends. Her hair is always beautiful and I asked her what she used. I started using it. I use the shampoo...which makes your hair moist and not dry at all. It does not strip the hair. This conditioner and the Leave In Conditioner. The Leave conditioner will define your curls and keep them from getting frizzy. This Deep Conditioner is highly moisturizing. I started using some of the conditioner from the various hotels that I visit and although they are fine....it's just not the same. This conditioner is very thick and almost like a mask. Sometimes I will leave it in all day and it just makes my hair so soft. (Oh, did I say that I'm African American and my hair is very curly/wavy but very dry). This conditioner is the best. It works immediately and you can feel a difference instantaneously. I had to pay for shipping which I am not a big fan of and it came in a huge box. I feel that was a waste. They could have charged me 1.50 and put it in a puffy envelope. But oh well...I had Amazon bucks or I would have purchased it at Target like always.

Great conditioner even for fine hair. My hair is not curly but it is very fine and thin as well as dyed blonde. This product makes my hair silky and hydrated. Just began using it and am pleased

As a natural curly girl, I am always on the hunt for a good deep conditioner that is super hydrating so my day 3/4 curls still look hydrated. I FOUND IT!! This conditioner feels so good and smells amazing!! I use it on normal wash days, as well as my co-wash days. This product will definitely be in my rotation for the foreseeable future!!!

This deep conditioner works so well on my daughter‘s hair. It moisturize her curls and defines them. I have been using this product for years. I recommend it to all of my friends.

Mixed Chicks products are amazing for my daughters thick curly hair. Her hair is like spirals of high E string guitar strings. So thick and so much of it. We have been trying to find a good line for her hair and this is it. Her hair is more manageable, shiny, and soft. It looks and feels so healthy. She likes the pump better than the smaller tub.

Nice but I felt like I went through it super fast. Not enough product in the container.

I had been searching for the perfect deep conditioner that wasn’t too thick nor too light to make a deep conditioner treatment using Curlyproverbs Amla and Bhringrj masque with a deep conditioner as the base. The mix chick DC wins and it is now forever the one. I perfected the mask on one try using this conditioner, The results was amazing, I was so shocked, blown away, my mouth hit the floor after rinsing the treatment out, no residue, no knots nothing!!! . Now I can use the curly proverbs powders once or twice a week with this conditioner. Even with out the the powders I liked this conditioner, now I’m in love with it!!I 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚💚 The conditioner is light enough to penetrate my low porosity strands and adding in the powder, a little oil, little honey, and a splash of rose water just gave it more hydration, slip, moisture. Curls were bouncy, very hydrated, defined, light and zero frizz, this was a total game changer compared to the other deep conditioners I have tried. I usually just do a full curly proverbs masks and add in oil, a liquid, honey essentials oils to make my own diy mask but my hair don’t always needs a straight Ayurvedic mask. So I will be adding my powders to this deep conditioner every single wash day. I knew it was something perfect out there. 💚 This deep conditioner pulled up at the Amazon locker on time and did her thang on Nicollet Mall today. 😘

One of the best conditioners I have ever used. One jar lasts me a long time since I do not have to use much of it. I cannot find this often in local stores. Happy I can find it on Amazon!!!
