Rode NT2-A Studio Solution Microphone, Silver, Wired, Singing

Great quality. I recorded my audiobook with it, and it sounded amazing. Super sturdy you do need a strong microphone stand because it's heavy. I bought this because I wanted to make sure that my register was well represented in a microphone.

Worth it! I love this mic and it sound. It’s not the best of the best but I am sure it does the job really well and the quality and performance it’s awesome. Compared to Shure sm7b which a different mic(dynamic) vs this one a condenser… yes you can feel and see the big difference. The Shure is a flat, dark, radio sound… this one is crispier, clear, brightly sound. It comes with 15 ft cable, mount, and pop filter. With different functions like patterns, cut filters and attenuation, it makes extremely valuable for a small home studio.

UPDATE: Despite my disappointment, extreme disappoint with customer service and their lack of understandng of the issue empathy and willingness to make "me whole again" from the cost difference. I will admit the mic sound is really great. I needed a mic powerful and designed to pick up the low frequencies of my singing bowls. This does just that. It picks up the sounds of my bowls well. Still not quite the way they play in person but well. As for the mic that is new, well that was not the seller. That was a something glitchy with my R0DECaster. Despite having changed cables and ports the problems had been consistently happening but facing a $50-70 difference in price with another vendor I tried a third port and it began working. Npw it works in all ports. I will be getting the USED one replaced. All in All, I am happy with the Mic but very disappointed in the receiving of a used product and poor customer service. (Though everyone does have bad days. Yesterday was definitely not one of my good ones.)

This microphone is great! I have a resonant baritone voice and it clearly captures the nuances of my tone without over-emphasizing any particular frequency. It also works well as an overhead for drums or as a room mic. The construction is solid and the box (at least, my box) comes with several of the other goodies pictured: the carrying bag, the pop filter, and a "high quality" cable (as it prominently says on the cable). I recommend this microphone for any studio. It is quite dynamic! ...or condenser. ;) -K

Comprato su warehouse alla metà del prezzo, si è rivelato un autentico affare essendo arrivato il prodotto nuovissimo, con solo gli estremi della confezione che lo conteneva un po' ammaccati. Il microfono è un classico contemporaneo, ha la caratteristica di essere caldo e abbastanza lineare. Può risultare necessario usare un deesser per ridurre le sibilanti che vengono fortemente accentuate, specie con voci femminili. E' possibile selezionare ben tre risposte polari: cardioide (quella che consiglio per iniziare, suono in faccia), omni (per registrare la stanza, aiuta per le sibilanti ma allontana la registrazione) e 8 (utile per dialoghi con due speaker di fronte al microfono). Un'altra caratteristica è la capacità di avere un ridotto il rumore di fondo, e questo risulta un grandissimo un vantaggio in fase di registrazione. E' un microfono di fascia media, si può considerare professionale, al prezzo di listino è già un affare, vi portate a casa un prodotto di qualità. Difetto? Se per le sibilanti, la facilità di equalizzazione permette di ridurlo o cancellarlo, il vero difetto è il peso. E' un macigno. Vi consiglio di acquistare un'asta microfonica di qualità, io ho preso una k&m. E' in ogni caso consigliato evitare di usarlo con aste a giraffa perché mancherebbe peso per bilanciare il rode nt2a. Lo consiglio? Eccome, specie se lo usate per voci ed il budget è ridotto. ps. esistono mod per renderlo meno sibilante e più vicino a un u87. Questa però è un'altra storia e vi consiglio, se siete interessati, di documentarvi in rete.

Muy versátil, gracias al multipatrón, puedes grabar todo tipo de instrumentos, drums y voces. Lo ideal es acondicionar un poco la sala dónde se vaya a usar. 10 años de garantía RØDE. Recuerda a los Neumann de los 60 con un calor especial en las medias frecuencias. Viene con su araña y su filtro antipop, ambos de buena calidad. Se siente robusto en su construcción. Un Entry Level que más de uno usa cómo primer micrófono en su estudio profesional. A mí me ha encantado.

Comme dit dans le tire, c'est un microphone équipé avec avec vraie capsule ( et pas un micro à électret). Le niveau de bruit est un des plus bas du marché. De l’électronique de qualité et un micro très robuste. Nécessite une alimentation phantom de 48V et éventuellement un préamp. Après hésitation entre un AKG-C414 et ce micro NT-2A, le choix est vite fait. Et le prix est bien plus justifié pour le RODE.
