For some men, a better choice!
I use these to line Depends Underwear even though I am a male. I am incontinent and need 24 hour protection. I find they work better for me than Men's Guards, covering a larger area and absorbing a greater amount. Larger area covered also protects from occasional small anal discharges, the work of hemorrhoids. While away from home they are much more convenient to change in restrooms, allowing not having to change Depends Underwear. I dispose of used ones in a plastic bag normally used for pet clean up. (I carry a roll of the bags along with my travelling supplies.

3 requirements for incontinence pads are met by this product.
The shape, size and liquid retention of the pads are critical. The Poise level 4 has met those criteria for my situation. The shape is sensible, wide at the front and back and narrower in the middle. The thoughtful shape is enhanced by leak prevention edges around the pad. The liquid retention suits my timing and sense of need. This aspect of liquid retention needs to be judged by each individual user. If one discovers the liquid retention of level 4 is inadequate, there are more levels beyond 4 that may meet this requirement.

This is what the old 6 drops used to be.
This new 7 drops pad is what USED TO BE the 6 drops pad. (The new 6 drops pad does not hold as much liquid as the old ones did, so if you really needed that feature on your incontinence pad, you will have to make the switch to the 7 drops pad). It is a noticeable difference and Poise should have been more honest about it. At least I can donate to a shelter, but I will have to write on the packages. So at least I’ve got what size and absorbency I need now with the 7.

Excellent product.
Funny story here. I ordered Poise and received a Ninja Food Processor cost about $150. I got in touch with customer service a few days later. They picked up the processor and I got my poise.I chose poise over other brands It keeps me dry. It’s durable for 8+ hours. I don’t use poise for menstruals as I no longer have it but I buy it for my daughter. She enjoys it as I did.

Great length
Love the longer length, extra absorbency, and the adhesive is good - not overly sticky like a competitors that has ripped the cotton lining in many pairs of underwear. These are a bit pricier than what I usually buy, but will likely reorder and keep alternating with the off brand ones to not use up too fast. The longer length is also handy for nighttime when sleeping.

Perfect for light urine leaks!
I am now 55 and I’m having a little bit of an issue with leakage when coughing, sneezing, etc. You know!! I always wore a panty liner every day and it wasn’t quite enough protection. So I bought these in the three drop long. They are extremely comfortable, I hardly feel like anything is there. They’re just enough Protection for light urine leaks. One pad will last me the whole day at work. The only thing is by the end of the day they do bunch up a little bit in the middle of the pad. Not a big deal to me. they are very soft and there is no strong perfume odor as they are unscented. Perfect and just what I needed. It’s hard to tell from the picture how thick they are. But I would say about 2 to 3 panty liners thick. Measured from end to end they are just about 11 inches. The actual absorbent part is about 8 1/2 inches.

Female Pads
Highly recommend. These are definitely at the top of the list for the pads I get. They don't bother me like the other pads I've used before.
