I don't mind it at all, in fact, after making such a good product they deserve to leave an advertisement on it. UPDATE: I've not been using the daily for almost two years. The mesh design seems to trap much less dust than other organizers I've used. It's super easy to clean. It still spins like day 1. Along the bottom of the unit (it sits on a swivel disk) there are 3 divided sections that will hold loose objects and the "fence" is almost an inch high so they won't fly out. Each of the 3 sections starts at about 2" across and goes 1.5" from front to back anding at 4" across. It's handy but you have to have long fingers to get some items in the somewhat high storage columns. Enjoy! Larry. **Q: About how many pencils would fit in all the compartments?** A: I'd say roughly 50 in middle and 15 on each of the 2 sides. So around 80 total standard pencils; less for mechanical or pens. The other compartments won't fit pencils. We have only standard pencils in the middle. I didn't count all of them just guesstimated by rows. We use the sides, one for mechanical and one for pens. I am glad to say, so far it is working wonderfully. The organizer spins pretty smoothly and produces almost no noise at all. The entire thing is made of metal which makes it feel really durable. In the pictures, it looks like there are five compartments for holding pens and pencils, however, there are only three compartments deep enough to hold a pen, one in the center and two on either side of it. There are also two shallow compartments on top which can be used for many different things such as paper clips, binder clips, or erasers. Since I bought this in the winter, I use one of the shallow compartments for holding cough drops and it works wonderfully. On the bottom, there are three large shallow compartments which can be used for small office supplies. My only minor complaint - and this is a really small complaint - is that the Rolodex logo near the top of the organizer is slanted. Again, very small complaint but it is still there. Other than that, this is a quality desk organizer which I would strongly recommend. I will be purchasing Rolodex products in the future because of this purchase.
