A win - win: Omega 3s and no more pain
This helps my sore hands and my sister had bad hip pain. I gave her a bottle of this DHA and no more pain in the hip. I started taking it because omega 3s are good for you, but I do not care for many of the foods that are a great source of omega 3s. Now I am glad I did.

DHA helped my MGD
I have been struggling with meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) after taking isotretinoin for months (my derm prescribed it for acne but didn't mention the MGD as a probable outcome). The MGD didn't cause dry eyes but I was getting styes every year since the oil glands secretion quantity and quality was poor, which was causing blocked glands/styes. I started looking into products that would help with meibomian gland dysfunction and found that DHA Omega oil helps since on a molecular level, its structure is very similar to the structure of the oil secreted from meibomian glands. I've been taking this product daily for a few years now and I never get styes anymore. Ever. I haven't really changed much else so at least anecdotally, I think I can say this really did help my MGD.

Doesn’t work for me and makes me sleepy
This product is supposed to make mind sharper but actually it makes me sleepy and tired. Initially I thought my tiredness is caused by something else, but after 15 days I just came to realize each time I took the capsule in the morning, I would feel tired just like I only had two-hour sleep at night. I don’t know if anyone has similar situation. This just doesn’t work for me.
