The thickness, performance, and ease of shuffling of these cards was so magical that I did not see the silver threads binding me irrevocably to their unknowable will. The cards control me now. The cards ARE me now. Eventually, the cards will consume my soul entirely. But until then, five stars! Would recommend!

I really like these and will have a hard time dreaming up uses for all of them the set is so large. I've used sharpies, acrylic paint and paint pens on them with great results. Some other pens smudge, but there are plenty of cards to make a test card before you start your project. The thickness is great.

These are awesome for prototyping / playing around with things and they definitely save time on cutting your own. I saw some comments / answers around dry erasing with them and figured I'd give it a try. In my tests, these definitely became stained with the marker color and they did not hold up well to a lot of cleaner being applied to them. If you're intending to shuffle them a lot be prepared for the edges to take a beating pretty quickly.

I use there for my Blooming Creativity class. The students like the hexagon shape and the different finish on each side. They are a bit small, and the glossy side can become an issue if you’re not using the right media…watercolors run too much.After time I’m not sure of the durability if used often.

I seem to have bought these for a different purpose than anyone else, so I will review them. These are high quality cardstock with a slight sheen as others have stated. I laminated them and added a coin magnet to the back of each one to make a classroom review activity for my high school students. Students write on them with dry erase markers and they wipe clean after we are finished. I did not try having students use dry erase markers without the lamination. I wanted durability for the long run. These are a great size and a great value for the price. I highly recommend.

Going to use these for our current game, will put up one hex for each area explored. Going to need a bunch of these, they're perfect for the job.

I bought a set of these hexagon cards to make my own Tarot deck and they've worked super well! I'm using Sharpies to decorate them, which seems like the best option but I seriously love the cards. They're easy to hold and the matte texture takes really well to shuffling and decorating!
