My husband loves these insoles. He wants them for all of his shoes—work shoes, walking shoes, running shoes. These are supportive and worth the purchase to relieve sore feet.

Upon doing a deep dive Chatgpt search for the best aftermarket insoles for my new Asolo 520 leather hiking boots, Superfeet Carbon is what was highly recommended. Received them yesterday, installed them and tried the boots today for several hours and thus far they are working out really well. The heel is planted firmly and providing great support. I'm quite pleased with this purchase.

These are excellent inserts. Combined with “rocker” shoes with a wide toe box, they’ve given my arthritic feet a lot of relief while walking and hiking. I bought a size larger than needed and trimmed them to position the arch support in the correct place for my foot. Highly recommended!

I use the insets in performance cleats, so they receive a lot of wear and tear. They have held up very nicely throughout the duration of the season - playing 4-6 games per week. I pitch in the inserts and they provide a stable yet comfortable solution to your performance needs. The plastic cup for the heel is my favorite part, you feel very secure and it helps the insert stay in-place. My only concern is that the material toward the toes is pretty thin, I would like a little bit more but they do the job. I would recommend the product to any high performance athlete looking to get the most out of their feet.

Update: They removed the venting holes which are particularly important to me since I distant run. I would have thought it was a mistake but I ordered two pairs in different sizes be the venting holes are missing from both. That’s disappointing especially since there was no indication that they made a design change. Original Review I’m a distance runner (on and off since 1989). Over the past year I started having sharp knee pains when running and then when walking. So I stopped running, but I could not stop walking. The pain occurred frequently, almost every time I walked. Also I had a trip planned to Spain where I would be walking many miles. After a lot of research I found these inserts for low arch/flat feet. They arrived days before my trip and I started using them immediately. The first walk I had zero knee pain and I was cautiously optimistic. I wore them in Spain and walked many miles (approximately 30) with zero knee pain. Thank God!! They really work! I wore three different pairs or shoes swapping the inserts each time. I’ll be ordering several more because I wear various work, casual and athletic shoes. By the way, I’ve been switching these inserts between my sneakers, oxfords, and casual footwear and they fit perfectly and work in each style. I’m truly impressed and so happy. Now I can begin training for my next race. One note about comfort, they are noticeable because they provide support where your foot needs it. Some may find this uncomfortable at times. No knee pain far outweighs the feeling of the artificial arch support. I’ve already gotten used to the feeling of the new support. They have a new customer for sure.

Wore them about 4 times. Honestly they are ok but not fantastic. Good arch support and thin profile for sneakers, but not as comfortable as I had hoped. It may just be the break in period. Purchased them on sale so I’m ok with them. Would have been disappointed if I had paid full price.

I have many different type of insoles but in certain shoes these are fantastic. They add support with great comfort. The price under $30 is incredible.

Trimmed them a little bit and they fit my shoes great! The support is pretty firm and the arch is high so it can take some getting used to if you haven’t had arch support before. But they’ve helped with my foot pain so I’m happy

Having flat or collapsed arch, I have a lot of pain after every run. I have bought many arch support insoles but this is by far the best for me!! Thin yet provide enough arch support and heel stabiliser cup for all tight running shoes!

Previously I have always worn the BLACK Superfeet insoles (they are thin, so fit most shoes) in my footwear. But decided to try these CARBON insoles for more support in trainers and walking shoes. Goodness, they are excellent. They are almost as thin as the BLACK ones, BUT the arch support is far more robust so gives better arch supports to my feet during long days of walking or travelling. They aren't cheap, but then they stop knee and hip pain, and that is worth it!
