I like this lock you can open in the dark, you don't even have to see it, just put your finger on it. I'm thinking about buying some more and put them on the front gates.However, be aware you have to give the app all your information, your friends list, your pictures your camera etc. If you don't give it permission its just a paperweight. Go to OKLOK.com and download the program you'll see what I'm talking about. If you have nothing to hide this should be no problem. After you can always delete the program If you don't wanna supply this information.If you don't mind giving out all your friends names and addresses and phone numbers all the photographs of your children etc. also, I believe it said it want to be able to control your phone calls for you. Check out the app first before you purchase it.

The app required to use this item keeps asking for permission to access your photos, data, contacts, make and receive calls, make and receive texts, use the phone's cameras and mic, and post to social media. It will not work unless you give those permissions. None of those things is required to set a fingerprint by Bluetooth or unlock the lock. Those are some huge red flags that the app is doing things it is not supposed to be doing. and the kicker? You are giving it your biometrics and the biometrics of anyone else you put on file. You might as well email them your bank account info and SSN while you set up as well. Reported as a scam and I'm not even going to bother with requesting a refund from them since it means I'll have to give them even more of my info.

This device works as advertised.Definitely a must buy for people who go to the GYM quite often! You have to register your product on an APP called "OKLOK". It is great that the seller put QR code in the box to download the app. Once you finished the steps, you could use the app to unlock it directly. A point i must mentioned, there are 3 indicator light of 3 colors. You have to press your finger on the sensor for 2 seconds to unlock, light will turn purple to blue and unlock.Anyway, i recommend this lock.

This lock is perfect for the gym. (as long as you remember to charge it.) Just touch it and it unlocks. No more falling towels while i use two hands to unlock.It's construction does not seem very waterproof. But maybe some water resistance. I see negative comments from people using it outside. This might be why.The shank does not have an additional locking point on the end like most locks. So, something of great value may not be what this lock protects, depending on your environment.The app on my android required me to give access to contacts and phone in order to install it. This concerned me since TikTok has so many security issues. However, after the install I removed those permissions and the app worked perfectly.

It works as intended. The fingerprint sensor is a little touchy, but that should be expected. Battery life seems like it will be very good. My lock has been in place a couple weeks now and the app Is still. Showing the battery at 95%. The only caution is that the lock opening is not that large. It works for my locker at work, probably backpacks or carry on luggage, but anything requiring a larger opening may be suspect.

The functionality of this lock (for the short time I've had it) has been great. I use it for my gym locker, so I cannot say it holds its claim of being waterproof, etc. But what is really curious to me about this lock is that the side that is open (i.e., has the open side of the inverted U) is on the right, not the left. I've compared this with four other locks I have, and it's "backwards."The outcome is, for me, that I have to angle the lock oddly in order to position it on my locker. The hole for my locker is on the left. To position the lock so that the fingerprint reader faces forward, I have to position the lock "hook" from the bottom up, rather than top down. It's not a huge problem, bit I did take the rating down one star for this behavior. I supposed this could be the revenge of a "leftie"!

A lot of reviews say it stops working. However, this hasn't been the case for me. It did on one occasion seemed to have "died" for no reason. No light, nothing. But pressing my figure on the sensor repeatedly finally made it respond. It only took a few seconds so either mine is actually working or people are very impatient. Phones, laptops, desktop computers, TV's, and cars all have slight glitches sometimes. So to say that this lock is super terrible because it doesn't respond for 5 seconds once a month seems silly. I haven't charged it since I got it and it has been super quick and accurate. App could definitely use some work but it gets the job done.
