This water filter is exactly what I've been searching for. It's super easy to use, takes up minimal space on the counter, doesn't have a risk of flooding your kitchen since it's not attached to a constantly running water line, and makes tap water taste great. Multiple people who have come over to my house and tried it have ended up wanting to buy their own because it's such a good solution.One thing to be aware of is that you do not need to overtighten the housing when closing it, as there is an o-ring to prevent leaks. We learned this the hard way and couldn't get it open again to change the filter. I took a chance on contacting the customer service number on iSpring's website and was able to reach a real person right away. They provided some suggestions but unfortunately I still couldn't get it open. I emailed iSpring that I was still having issues, and heard back from a customer service rep named Julius very quickly. Julius then went above and beyond by sending me a free replacement housing. It arrived quickly and we are back to having our wonderfully filtered water. We made sure to close it more carefully this time and there have still been zero leaks! I am super impressed by this product and company and highly recommend them.

We are on our third cartridge. We replace them periodically. Its hard to tell if they are doing anything. You have to take the company's word for it. But the water tastes good and we feel like our water is better quality.

We live in an apartment in NYC with very old rusty pipes and have tried many different types of water filter systems over the years including Pur and Brita. ISpring is our absolute favorite. I love that it has a separate spout and doesn’t take up too much room on the countertop and also doesn’t get in the way when I’m doing dishes. The best part is that the water comes out fast, so it doesn’t take forever to fill up a glass of water like with the other systems. The filter lasts as advertised and we definitely push the limit with our rusty water. With other systems we had to switch out filters in 1/2 the suggested time. It’s easy to install, but our only confusion was which way the arrow goes. But pictures and videos help. Also calling customer service is very helpful. They are stateside and easy to talk to. I spoke with Sean in customer service about getting an upgrade because I’m a strong believer in this company. He suggested the RO system and was helpful with giving ideas on how to get around drilling holes in our rental countertops. Until that’s ordered and installed, we will still be using our present filter and I mentioned on the phone to Sean that it recently started to drip a bit when I did dishes. so I wanted to purchase a new hose/connector. Instead he offered to send me a whole new system free of charge. What amazing customer service!

GREAT TASTE!!! but the faucet nozzle didn't fit with my MOEN faucet, but I'm using the faucet tip from my old NSA FILTER, which does not shut off, so I always have a large empty water bottle to save the filtered water when Im doin dishes & cleaning up. So now i always have a few large bottles of filtered water in the fridge. Maybe I'll change my faucet so the nozzle will fit? It's just too bad Ispring didn't include another size. AND it says to use cold water only? well where i live, in the middle of the desert, our water pipes heat up & there is no such thing as cold water from the faucet after 9am! i might have to change filters more often!

I love this thing! It took me a minute to put together, but once I did, I used it many times a day. I say ‘used’ because I moved and I already miss it. It won’t fit on my faucets. :( But let me tell you, I am originally from Sacramento Ca, and the water there is just… well, nasty! This thing made my work drinks far more tolerable than faucet water. My kids used it to give the dogs and cats their drinking water (I found that out after we moved. LOL!) If your water has a weird taste this should be able to help. Just make sure it will fit to your faucet. OH! And you have to shove the little plastic hoses onto the nozzle things really hard then tighten the little gold thing down on them to keep water from spraying everywhere.

The media could not be loaded. At first, it seemed to be OK. But after a month, the cartridge that came with filter seemed to have lost its effectiveness. Water tasted and smelled like rust. Apparently the filter cartridge was not doing what it's description stated. After contacting support, I decided to buy this more expensive cartridge as advised. In less than 2 months, that one also gave up. The ice makers cubes were smelling like rust. And the inside had a light layer of brown. I felt as though this might make us sick. So I removed that 2 month old cartridge, which is supposed to last about 6mo, and installed a new FC15 cartridge I was previously sent. I believe the cartridges are the problem. I can't recommend this. I may just have to go back to using the PUR faucer filter.

Das bei mir gefilterte Wasser schmeckte genau so schlecht wie das ungefilterte, und der Härtegrad (12 bei mir) blieb unverändert, das Wasser wird also nicht weicher. Bei den beiden gekauften Ersatzfilterpatronen waren die einzelnen Einsätze ganz miserabel eingesetzt, bis zu 30 Grad schräg statt waagerecht, da kommen Zweifel an der korrekten Funktion auf! Ich habe die beiden Patronen zurückgeschickt und das Gerät im Hausmüll entsorgt.

I am overall happy with this purchase, the customer support is quick too. I am only giving 4 stars due to a bit of leak when I connected it, We need to apply couple of more things to fix the leak. Otherwise, it is all good and a good filter.

O produto funciona bem e na altura da compra valeu o dinheiro. Mas agora não consigo comprar um filtro de substituição, diz que não dá para enviar para a minha morada. Não faz sentido nenhum. Se o produto original foi enviado, porque não o filtro? Gastei dinheiro para nada.
