Very good product, very good taste and very well presented !

I was making mozzarella sticks as a starter for the family, they all loved them, made loads. I still have tons left so hoping I can freeze them. The cheese melted and tasted great. No complaints

This 2.3kg of Mozzarella is equivalent to 20 balls of shop bought mozzarella. That works out to be about 1p cheaper than something like Galbani. So it’s not really money saving BUT the big advantage of this is that it can divided into 20 pieces and stored in the freezer to use whenever you want. You will never run out of this cheese again. We make a lot of pizza (buying the base obviously) and this cheese is delicious; melty and stringy. I will be a returning customer.

Perfect texture melts great and easy to grate and tastes like is should and freezes great will buy again.

It's like oddly flavoured cheese-plastic. It does'nt melt particularly well and has an odd, faintly metallic taste. The only thing i would use this for is fondue, where other cheeses would provide flavour. I'm not sure I even want to give it freezer space. I wouldn't buy it again.

Nice big block of cheese, great for American style food. I chopped it into chunks and froze then, so this will last a long time I hope

love cheese and making pizza so great product, but price has shot up so won't purchase again
