Oliver, Shane, Norman and Rita work together in the dead letter office to solve the mystery behind an undeliverable Christmas card from years past. Review: Lovely Christmas movie and a wonderful addition to a heart warming series - I watched this series on Hallmark and missed the fact that it had moved to a movie format on Hallmark Movies and Mysteries in time to watch it when it premiered. I purchased the movie in DVD and watched it just prior to the second movie in the series being shown. What a beautiful Christmas story is told in this movie. It brought tears to my eyes more than once. The story is that of finding the little girl who has written a letter to God asking that He make her mommy better for Christmas to she can see her play a shepherd in the church play. The dead letter crew get to work to find the young girl and to help make wish come true. Along the way, we find out more about each of the individuals who make up the crew. The primary back stories have to do with Shane McInerney (Kristin Booth) when as a child, her father deserted their family less than week before Christmas and that of Oliver O'Toole (Eric Mabius) who had a very sad Christmas when he was eight years old - until something happened to make it better for him. I have been a fan of Eric Mabius since he was in the "Ugly Betty" series and am really happy to see him once again. Marion Ross ("Happy Days") is also in this movie and it was such a pleasure to watch her acting - she is always delightful. I am hoping that seeing Ms. Ross means that the producers of the movie series will continue staring well known television stars in guest roles. The series included such individuals as: Valerie Bertinelli, Valerie Harper, and Carol Burnett. I look forward to seeing more of these movies. The ensemble cast is one that works so well together. The stories, while a little on the unbelievable side, stir the heart and makes one wish that they really did come true. Review: In the Spirit of Christmas - This Christmas episode of Signed, Sealed and Delivered is absolutely one of the best in the entire series, with the Impossible Dream coming in for a close second best. This is a family movie that everyone can enjoy, and woven within the story are beautiful, wonderfully inspirational, heart-warming events that take place throughout the episode. It's a "keep forever" type story that's worth watching every Christmas. It's such a beautiful, encouraging story that we even watch it during the summer, too! As always, Martha Williamson, who is the Creator of this story, is the best Executive Producer of all time. Thanks for giving us a wonderfully positive story for families to watch, Martha !!

Such a gift
Signed, Sealed, Delivered for Christmas is one of my all time favorites and I believe that anyone who loves Christmas will want to add it to their list of must-have Christmas movies. It ticks all the boxesโฆ inspiration, warmth, humor, romance, miracles, enchanting sets/scenery, beautifully uplifting soundtrack, talented actors and gifted artists in every department required to present something so lovely. Martha Williamson has once again provided a gift to those of us who prefer to spend our precious few R&R minutes on stories that bring hope. What makes her creations so special is the careful attention to detail and the high but unpretentious standards of quality achieved which, sadly can not be said about all too many faith-based productions. Fortunately however, and I believe in large part because of Williamsonโs trailblazing, the level of productions in the faith and family genre has improved significantly over the last 10 years, providing programs that are even more inspirational because theyโre made with excellence. Sign, Sealed, Delivered for Christmas should not be missed, especially by anyone who celebrates Christmas all year long.

Mystery, Comedy, Love and Faith - A great show!
If you appreciate a good, clean series that has comedy, mystery, faith and love then this series is for you. It's a great mystery series with a quirky cast of characters. If you're new to this then you want to start with the first film - Signed, Sealed, Delivered . After that it's followed by Signed, Sealed, Delivered: The Complete Series (Hallmark) . At this point the creators decided they would rather follow a film format than a series. This Christmas special is the next in the list. That's all that's been produced at the time I'm writing this but there are three more films after that which you can find on Hallmark's Movies and Mysteries channel. I absolutely love this series, and I hope that the newer films make it to DVD soon.

Successfully Continues the Hallmark TV Series "Signed, Sealed, Delivered"
This DVD is a continuation of the Hallmark Channel's short-run "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" TV series. Of all the Hallmark TV series, I preferred this series most of all. The series (and the made for TV movies) are produced by Martha Williamson who produced the "Touched by an Angel" TV series. This movie continues the characterization of the TV series. If you are not familiar with "Signed, Sealed, Delivered," it concerns four Post Office employees in the Dead Letter Office in Denver CO. They try to track down recipients of lost mails. Therein lies the plot of each TV episode and made-for-TV movie. This is the special Christmas movie and deals with the meaning of Christmas--of what it can mean to those who open themselves up to it. Like almost all Hallmark movies (especially the made for TV) movies, there is little objectionable material (i.e., no overt violence, sex or language) unless you object to Christmas and Christian symbolism--in that case, you should give this movie a pass. If you like family friendly or Hallmark movies, you will probably really like this movie. Recommend.

Love it!... This multi-mystery comedy-drama is an uplifting tale of heartbreak and, ultimately, hope. There's more depth than the usual cheesy, fairytale Hallmark movies, but quirky amusement too, so there is something for everyone, whether you have family festivities or a quieter times. (BTW I initially saw it before seeing the preceding series, but it didn't matter).

I'm so glad they did a Christmas DVD in this Series. With no swearing, or sex. I appreciate how the reason for Christmas... Jesus...being born in a stable bringing everyone hope was presented. Another Lost Letter Mystery to be solved and we learn more of Shane's personal life. Again, I can't wait to be able to purchase Season 2 + 3 when available in Canada.

I really enjoy this DVD I even bought a DVD player from Amazon to play it on as its region 1. I have ordered the only other DVD in this series that seems to be available, I just hope the rest of series one and series two may eventually appear on DVD.
