This is real good product, just a little high price. Some parts are Plastic and some cast material. However they have a Royal look and Quality definitely is the best. Instructions manuals and warranty card etc present in the box. The product packing is also the best. Will update once this is installed and is in use.I was looking for product that can block foul-smell, insects, rat, cockroach and reverse water during heavy rain (as we have ground floor unit and gets flooded in heavy rain. The flooding happens when the rain water enters inside our house ground floor via the drain chamber in our back yard. This one probably would block everything entering our house via Drain Pipes.Will update once this is installed on our house and is in user.

This is amazing.. it solved the problem of bad smell from washing area... I was doubtful due to price but it is worthy

Needs fixing on the mouth of drain.

While the product itself is wonderful, sturdy classy and easy to disassemble, this does not conform to the standard drain hole sizes in homes. I wanted to install this in my kitchen for the dish washer drain hose to have a clean outlet, but this was too small for that.So I am returning it unfortunately. Not because of any lack in quality but for lack in size choices.

Worst product ever by Kohler. Don't go by its finished look & brand name. You need to have a pin lock drain pipe which is not easily available. Also it has one directional valve but this valve instead of facilitating one directional flow to water acts more as restrictor. Lock system also not good. Pipe socket & manifold which goes inside also restricts flow. End result is water dribbling out. Forced to go conventional jaali & open port pipe ultimately. Don't buy. You have provision now days in your flow channels to prevent entry of any cockroaches. You don't need this.

Works very well and helps keep the floor clean. Ensure that your washing machine hose has a hook in the end that links up to the drain - else but a separate hose (like I did) to take advantage of the drain. Could have been a bit cheaper.
