Maybelline Super Stay 24, 2-Step Liquid Lipstick Makeup, Long Lasting Highly Pigmented Color with Moisturizing Balm, Keep It Red, Red, 1 Count

In my quest to find the perfect lipstick that doesn’t fade or smudge or disappear if I drink something or brush my teeth or eat a bite of something. I’ve tried dozens and dozens of brands and colors only to be disappointed. Not now!! I’ve finally found the perfect brand: MAYBELLINE COLOR STAY 24!! This lip stain does NOT fade or wipe off or disappear for hours and hours! It’s completely smudge resistant!! Not only does this lipstick stay on for a true 24 hours. It also comes with its own glossy moisturizer that helps seal the color and moisturizes your lips. I woke up this morning and what a nice surprise that this lipstick is still on my lips! It stayed on even after I washed my face with soap and water! All I had to do to do is reapply the moisturizer and I’m all set!! I should mention here that if you need to get it off all you need to do is rub some Vaseline on your lips and wipe off, do this 3-4 times and your lips are free. This is an amazing lipstick and it comes in tons of colors! Now, I just had to find the perfect color for my complexion. That was another hurtle. I have literally tried 9 different colors of this line before I found THE ONE! I’m olive complected , tan easily but am quite pale in the wintertime and I needed rose-ish, mauve-ish, plum-ish color, that doesn’t wash out my skin tone like the reds do, and I needed a color to complement my rosy cheeks and not make my lips pale like the pinks do. Sounds crazy, I know! But I was determined to find the perfect color for me in this Maybelline line. And here it is: TIMELESS ROSE! It’s vibrant but not dark. It’s subtle but not pale. It’s a nice light rose color that has some shine and it complements my skin beautifully My now favorite line and favorite color! I’m in love!!

This style of lipstick (really lip stain) with included clear gloss balm has been my go-to favorite for over a decade. The color lasts through kissing, eating, and drinking without leaving any stains behind. The only residue one might see is after the lip balm is freshly applied. The balm accentuates the color and provides moisturization for the lips. It's great that both formulas are included in one container. The base color lasts and lasts all day. Only occasionally, if you've had an especially greasy meal, would the color need to be re-applied during the day. It just stays put. There isn't a discernable smell. Texture is minimum. The balm is soothing. This particular shade of rosy pink has a slightly bluish tint, which keeps it away from the orangey shade which might make one's teeth look more yellow. This should have the opposite effect, making teeth look whiter and brighter. It's a lovely medium shade that is especially flattering for springtime.

Fast delivery, packaged securely, sturdy box with brown paper stuffing. Driver called me so could open door. Lip stick perfect coral pink color not too orange not too pink. Comes with the gloss on one end and it's not waxy, lips feel moisturized still, after 3 hours. This is definitely the longest lasting lipstick.

I like this product,though I can understand why some might not. I'll try to list my pros and cons. This shade was darker than I expected, but still a nice red. It seems to be neutral- in some lights it seems warmer and in some lights cooler. It is a marsala color (2015 color of the year), a deep red wine color. it is intense without being bright or garish. It will lessen in intensity with time. It does not stay on 24 hours, but it stays on longer than most of my lipsticks. It will not last as long if you eat oily foods.It does have staying power. It absolutely will NOT transfer if you apply it correctly. Which leads to things that might be 'cons' for some people. You must apply this correctly. Apply the color, and wait the full two minutes (or longer) before applying the balm. It will feel sticky or tacky as it dries, but this will go away when you apply the balm. Then it feels fine. I said it stays on longer than my other lipsticks, but the downside of this is if you mess up applying it, you now have a red spot on your face. Keep some make up remover on hand. A swipe with a make up remover pen or remover on a q tip will take care of mistakes. As this is a liquid lipstick, you need to be careful applying it. I line my lips with it carefully, then fill in. It will wear off with time, and as it wears off it can be a little patchy. If it has not worn off by bedtime, you will need make up remover to get it off. All this might seem like a lot of work for a lip color, but it's worth it to me as you can get the hang of it quickly and it stays on a long time so you have few touch ups, plus... IT WILL NOT TRANSFER. No lip marks on cups or glasses-- or on my husband's face! I also have this in the chestnut color which I love as well (it's not quite as intense- that one is rather a 1990s brown, whereas this is a classic deep red).

This Espresso shade is lovely... Not pink, not red.....just perfect. I used Unlimited Raisen for a long time then something changed. It became too purple! You have to be careful putting it on. Don't start with too much on the applicator.Start applying on lower lip, then smack lips together then finish off the upper. Now take your index finger and blot. Then wipe finger off quickly with make up towel remover. Your welcome

Love this lipstick. Stays on all day. Ordered shades hard to find in store.

I love Maybelline matte lipstick and figured I’d give this one a try. I will definitely be sticking with the matte. First, the color is completely wrong. It’s not brown at all, it’s orange. When you apply the color, it goes from sticky to very dry. It feels drier than even the matte lipstick. It stays fairly well but not as good as the matte. It will slowly fade with food and drink. It definitely doesn’t last 24 hours. The balm side is nice. That I will continue to use.

The shade Constant cocoa is a great “your lips but better” shade for a person who is fair and leans warm. This shade would look great on a warm blond or redhead. It is not what I would call “cocoa” it is a medium orange/toffee. It has subtle golden specks in it which I love. If you are fair and slightly golden, this shade is great. It doesn’t look orange once you get it on the lips. It looks like a perfect nude… Formula is fantastic. Stays on well. You might need to reapply after eating if you eat something greasy, but most importantly this formula fades well… it doesn’t look weird as it rubs off. I absolutely love that the gloss is part of the lipstick. It makes it harder to lose… It is a magical formula and I hope it’s never discontinued. Love!

I have these in most colours now and adore them. Some colours that look different on the advert are almost identical but I will use them all. If there was a criticism it would be that the gloss end runs out before the lip stain end so could do with being a bit fuller. Stays on though . Very pleased and I wouldn't use anything else

I’ve tried them all—Revlon, LipSense, mystery-brand “24-hour” products that vanish by lunchtime—and this is the one I keep coming back to. Maybelline SuperStay 24HR Lip Color is my go-to. It lasts, it doesn't flake or chunk off, it doesn’t end up on my coffee cups or cling to my hair like a bad relationship. It gives me that glossy look without the sticky feel (a rare and magical combo). The price is reasonable, the quality is top tier, and it actually wears comfortably—I forget I even have it on. My one wish? More shade options, please! Some pearly, metallic, or glittery finishes would be amazing. And can we talk about RED? Not cherry—I want bold, firetruck, retro-flame red to match my vintage style. Maybelline, can you hear me? Highly recommended if you want lips that stay put and look fabulous doing it. 💄🔥

Stays on all night, even wake up in the morning and its still there!!! Never gonna use another type of lippy

The color is so weak that it is like no wearing any lipstick. Not worth buying.
