Great now i received
I purchased this specifically for my back and hips. I have a lot of muscle and joint issues. It is especially bad after exercising. This thing is amazing. You can adjust how much of your own body weight pushes into this, but I got it for the deep massaging it gives, so the intensity is what I needed. The relief I got in my muscles after the first use was worth it.

Amazing product, very sturdy and good quality
