Disappointing!
Engraving was very faint. Seller gave excuses about quality but simply not good enough. Incomparable to other engraved glassware I already have. Disappointing glass and disappointing that I had to raise an A-z claim to resolve the issue with seller.

Disappointing
Not a great product, it’s cheap and there’s reasons for that. The glass is poor quality and the engraving is too. Can hardly read the engraving but if it were any stronger it would crack the glass. Not recommended, I should’ve paid more for a better product

I received this item which is defective. I have tried to contact seller to return or get a refund but the seller refuses to respond and I cannot contact anyone at Amazon to assist. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WASTED MONEY AS THIS IS GOING IN THE BIN!
