KETO!
The front of the book Does not tell you all of the receipes based on KETO. All of the recipes will require a trip to the store and they may not carry the items. EXAMPLE: ERYTHRITOL, DESUCCATED COCONUT, XANTHAN GUM, AVOCADO OIL, NATURAL UNWEEDED COCOA POWDER, GRANULATED ERYTHRITOL, and the assorted flours. Who has this in the cupboard! I had expected what I call NORMAL items. I am going to return this book. I would not minded if I had to go to the store for one or two items but, not all of the receipes.

Yummy and delicious recipes for the diabetic person in your life!
This book is very good and very easy to understand. I love looking at the pictures and the easy recipes. I’ve made a couple of recipes and to my delight they were very tasty. I've found a lot of great looking recipes, that can be made with easily accessible ingredients. I tried two of the recipes and both were delicious (Almond biscotti and no-flour peanut butter cookies.) I also appreciate that it shows what a severing is and what the carb exchange or fat exchange is for each serving. This has helped me gain confidence in offering diabetic-friendly goodies to my diabetic mother in law. Just the idea that there is something available for the cravings still lingering is a welcome relief to those of us who will allways be adicted to sugar. There aren't a lot of recipes in this book but the ones that I have tried are absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend buying it.

Boring.
Pretty disappointed in this cookbook. I bought it to make treats for my boyfriend’s diabetic father but a lot of these recipes use maple syrup which might as well scream SUGAR. I decided to return it as soon as I opened it. You can find better recipes on google. Nothing inspired or special.

Not a good cookbook
A waste of $. I don't expect cookbooks to have instructions such as "preheat your oven to around 350 degrees" or "form around 10 pieces". I have dozens of cookbooks and none of them use the word "around". Also, all recipes are Keto, which my doctor does not approve of. It would have been nice if the book description had mentioned Keto.

A nice introduction to this type of cooking
This book is a great resource for someone new to sugar-free cooking as it explains all the unusual ingredients you end up using in your creations to get similar results without familiar components. Most importantly, the recipes taste yummy, even though it is not the same flavor as was with using sugar. They satisfy cravings and are fun - who doesn't enjoy the experience of home-based goods!

Low-calorie receipts
This book contains wonderful low-calorie recipes for a variety of pastries, very tasty options for bread on different flours. Various types of muffins and cookies. I liked the chocolate pudding very much, it is easy to prepare and all the recipes in the book are very simple and use simple ingredients.

Too many unusual ingredients
I did not use this cookbook & returned it. Many of the recipes had “exotic” ingredients: ghee, erythritol, confectioners Swerve, unweeded cocoa powder are some examples. For something labeled quick & easy there are many ingredients I would have to search for.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed with this, no pictures to show the finished dessert. Poorly printed and just generally poor quality.
