I suffer from bunions due to my rheumatoid arthritis and the pain can get intense and sometime I can’t walk. I have purchased similar products in the past. I thought they would be tighter like compression socks and that the patches on the sides had a gel insert. But it was just fuzzy patched fabric. They are cozy and they do help ease my pain but only for a short time. The quality is not great, I wore them 2 times and they shrunk and have little balls Of fabric popping out. The price it what got my attention because similar products are twice the amount for just a pair. I can’t afford to pay $24-$30 for a pair of socks that I use regularly. I Liked these more because of the patches on the outside of the foot because a lot of my pain is on the outside and I thought there was a gel to help with pain. A lot of bunion pain relief products don’t concentrate on the out pinkie toe area mostly the inner big toe but both are equally important.

I was skeptical that a sock could bring comfort to my bunioned and arthritic feet. I was wrong. The extra thickness at the site of bunions is wonderful. The split big toe also helps keeping my feet better aligned. I'm a believer.I should add that I'm a women's size 8.5 or 8.5 wide (bc of the large bunion) and these socks are a little big for me... The heel is not sitting at my heel... But the socks align well at the bunion and that's what's really important. Larger feet will have no problems... Not sure about smaller.

The idea of these socks is good and the fabric between the first two toes is good. The extra cushioned spots are nice, but inside, there are so many loose threads from those cushioned areas. Those loose threads end up wrapping around the toes like a tourniquet. My advice is to immediately turn the socks inside out and cut away all of the loose threads and areas that might constrict around the toes.

The first pair I ordered were very comfortable. The second order contained two left socks and of course that made them unwearable as a pair. The black terry cloth padding unravels badly on the first wearing. It was worse on the second pair, leaving large gobs of black yarn all over the house even while wearing shoes. It's a shame because the socks are very comfortable. Also, the padding on the bunion area was wearing thin on the third wearing. I don't have heavy ankles but had to cut the ankle elastic on the front of the socks.

I have a large bunion on my right foot with my big toe and the toe next to it constantly rubbing together causing terrible pain. Foot doctor has recommended surgery. Right now, I just can't. So, for months, I have been in search of something/anything that would bring some relief. I've tried everything imaginable, nothing helped. Since the friction of my toes rubbing together is currently my biggest issue, I decided to give these socks a try. OMG! I can't believe it!!! Is the pain totally gone? No, it isn't. BUT, the pain went from a 10 to about a 2. I'm a SCO hostess at Walmart and get 10,000+ steps in a day. My feet take a beating and I'm tickled pink that I found these socks and decided to give them a try and even more tickled that I can tell a huge positive difference from day one. I highly recommend them.

Love these socks. No they will not correct your bunions but they are soft and cozy. The 1st few wears you will have some black fuzz on your feet but that goes away after several washings. What I like the most about them is that they keep my big toe from crossing over my second toe. That's got to help the bunions from getting worse somehow. Anyway, although they were pricey I recommend them for comfort.

I purchased those socks because I have bunions. I like the material but they do not do much for my bunions. Is just like wearing another pair of socks but more expensive. I will not buy it again

I’m changing my star rating to a 5. The reason being that I look for these socks and wear them the most. I guess I will need to order some more. I didn’t realize that they are my “Go To” socks. That says a lot! Well, good job guys, well done and you probably will see me ordering monthly!!! Comfortable and as I wear them more, my feet are aching less at night. I am on my feet all day and a lot of times all night. Great socks!!!
