Excellent...Much better reception then the more expensive alternative.. for 1/2 the price..

Arrived with a defective adapter.
The GPS cable required the sma adapter to be fitted for connection to our receiver. This adapter (after some difficult troubleshooting) was found to have the internal conductor shorted to case ground. The idea of having all the different connector types configurable is great but we got unlucky and got the shorted sma-connecter. Once bypassed and the antenna was rigged to input signal into our receiver performance wasoutstanding with system software reporting receiving 15 gps satellites concurrently.

This is the way to go
Previously purchased separate GPS and VHF/AIS antennas from Tram, then had to buy adapters, cables, the crimp tools, etc. Setting up a new boat, and I thought it would be nice to have the antennas combined. This product comes as a kit with a bunch of adapters and the cables. This is the way to go; at the end of the day this "kit" will save you quite a few bucks!
