I got this 2020 and Iโm buying another one 2026
This is such an amazing machine. I bought it back in 2020 and it helped me get healthy and helped me become a runner. Itโs simple it does this job and the price was good. I recommend this machine for anyone whoโs starting off, wants a walking pad or just wants to walk and watch TV. Thatโs how I started and I started building up and building up and ultimately ran 10 K on this. I love this machine. I completely recommend no hesitation.

works nicely under office desk
**8-02-2023 UPDATE** Welp yesterday I got the E05 error and the motor locked up. BUT I feel like this was mostly my fault. I wasn't paying attention to the strong burning smell (When I work I am very focused on work) I felt the belt catch a few times and stopped but by then it was too late. The motor is fully seized up and when I took it off the bolts a bunch of hard plastic shards came out. I'm assuming that's not a good thing. - I know I don't have a warranty on this thing, and I appreciate how long it lasted with all the abuse I threw at it. The pulley would squeak and I'd degrease it, I probably could've kept it cleaner and it may have lasted longer had I not disassembled it. Or maybe it would've failed sooner. - All these treadmills are quite cheap chinese parts. Even the ones in the $500 range. Unless you are going to go BIG and spend $1500-$2500... I would suggest going for the cheapest one and replacing it every few years. Think about it, it'll be about the same cost if an expensive one lasts 10 years (and there's no guarantee that one of those would) **5-14-2021 UPDATE** I've had this treadmill for 5 months! (purchased Dec 11, 2020) I've put roughly 1 MILLION steps in on it! A few things to note: 1.) If the remote is not working well, pop that sucker open and wiggle the battery around. It's not super high end quality so it can get loose and slip off the contacts. Once I re-positioned it, the remote was much better at waking up the treadmill... And it's the ONLY way to get the treadmill working. Added a photo of the current state of the treadmill.... It developed a squeak so I took the housing off. I like it because now I have direct access to the belt. Not recommended for people with children or pets that may get caught in it and severely hurt. My dog stays clear of the treadmill so I am not concerned. I also removed the speaker since I don't use the bluetooth on this at all. It worked when I tried it though. Removing the housing also helps with keeping the motor cooler (it warms up quite a bit) and makes it easier to dust the components. Dust kills electronics. A little swiffer and some compressed air and it's working perfectly. About the squeaking NEVER put lube on the belt. The belt needs to catch the pulley afterall. You actually want to use the OPPOSITE of lube. I spritz it with a little degreaser probably once a week and the squeak disappears. I walk about 3 hours a day at 3.5 speed. which equates to (for me) about 15-20k steps. So I go and eat pizza and drink beer and don't feel bad about it since I'm crushing my steps every week! lol ------------------ Like most people stuck in the rat race, I work a desk job. That's 8-9 hours five days a week sitting. Even the most ergonomic chairs still just offer the same thing. Sedentary inactivity. I've got an EvoDesk that can be sitting or standing, but standing stationary is still not movement (though it's nice to stretch and correct posture) . The secret to Rebel Wilson's dramatic weightloss? WALKING (along with a more mindful diet of course) . I've only had my TreadMill a few days.... But I've used it 6 hours a day the last 3 days. . My thoughts: --- Build Quality - It's well built but not super solid. It's plastic. If you have kids or teens that are rough on stuff or are going to be banging their bikes or toys or whatever into it, it's not going to stand up well. Mine did stand up to a trip in a Shipping truck so that says a lot lol. It has a few little scuffs but nothing serious. --- Weight & unpacking - The unpacking was a bit messy with all the styrafoam and straps etc. The unit isn't super large as we all know. It's not a full size commercial treadmill. It weighs around 85lbs and was easy for me to handle. For context though, I'm a 6' male at 195lbs. I can lift heavier things and have long arms lol. If you're 5'0 and 120lbs you may have more difficulty moving it around. I do carry it in and out of my office upright when I'm not using it. It does have nice rollers at the front, I just have doorway lips to move it over. --- Speakers - The bluetooth speakers are not great, but if you don't have your headphones because the dog ate them, they'll do the trick. I didn't realize "MEdia" or whatever, was the speakers so I accidentally hooked my MacBook bluetooth to it instead of my google nest lmao. It was surprising I thought, "Where the hell is the music coming from?? OH it's the treadmill!". for what the speakers are, I'd give them an 8/10. But they are NOT bose or Sonos so don't get your hopes up. In the context of what they are, they're like laptop speakers. --- Initial use - I have never used it with the handles up, I probably never will. I got it specifically for walking while I work. I'm walking right now actually at "3" which I think is kmg (1.8mph). LUBE THE TRACK - it doesn't say to, but I would suggest getting a good amount of silicone lube under the track to keep from catching or damaging the tread belt. Sure they can lube these at the factory, but how long have they been sitting in a warehouse??? It's likely the lube is either not effective or isn't enough. You can't really over lube them. I mean if you dump a gallon yes, but if any drips off onto your floor it's a simple cleanup. I didn't have any drippage. IT COMES WITH LUBE - but I did get an additional bottle that was a suggestion by amazon. I plan on lubing it weekly as I will be using it so much. . I got the Error message everyone talks about, it's for not having the emergency clip magnet in its spot. Since I'm not using it with the handle, I unknotted the string and put the red plastic clip directly in its spot. You can see it in the photo, it rests on the inside of the folded handle. . Plugged it in, flipped the big orange switch and it came to life. Mine wasn't catching or fraying, but I did slick it up before first use. . First day I realized my phone (on my desk) and watch (on my wrist) weren't counting steps. lol of course, because I'm not moving my arms while I walk. They are gyroscopic so google fit, or whatever app you use won't pick up on it. I've since put my SmartWatch face in my sock lmao. - You can do that with your fitbit too! It's way more accurate tracking leg movement than arm. . Anyway Second day (yesterday 12/29/2020) was much better. I walked from 10am to 1pm at "3" a normal walk I would say. I had 6400 steps!!! I didn't break a sweat, I didn't have any pain. I did have that wobbly leg feeling when I got off though lolol. Had lunch and sat for about an hour and then walked another 6k steps from 2pm to 5pm. I did notice my non-dominant foot (left) was a little sore; I was waking in socks. Walking in shoes the rest of the day helped that. The top of my left Hamstring was also a little sore, nothing crazy... lower back and butt were a little sore too. Again, nothing crazy. Just felt like they were actually used! . 12k in change for steps and I felt pretty good about that. . The belt does catch a little as you step on it, again, I'm not running on this thing. I doubt it would be a good running treadmill. It's too skinny and, just, if you want a strong running marathon treadmill, save up your money and splurge on that $1200 one you're looking at. . All bodies are different, I'm not trying to lose weight or get stronger, or even get better conditioning; I just wanted to move my body instead of sitting all day. There's no "goal" here other than moving and I'm doing that. . For those who are curious there's plenty of data out there. Walking is good for your body. People who are overweight or obese will find that walking is easier than cardio (obvi) so it's a good start AND they specifically will see massive changes. Walking 10k a day at around 200lbs you'd be expecting around losing 1lbs a week. Couple that with better eating habits and proper portions, you can significantly change your life. . It's a good investment, You can find other walking treadmills for around $300; I didn't mind the extra $100 for this one. You can get an EvoDesk for $700. $1,000 may seem like a lot, but realize that this is an investment in yourself. Your health will thank you. . I'll update my review if anything changes but right now there are no qualms with it as a great walking treadmill.

Mostly great with some drawbacks
This is a really solid piece of equipment. It's packaged incredibly well, even with thick disposable plywood fastened to the sides to keep it from getting banged up. Easy to assemble the little things that need to be put together. But beware: This thing is HEAVY. When I found out about walking pads as opposed to treadmills and saw a few YT videos about them, I got the idea that I'd be storing this up against a wall (as I saw in a video) or maybe under a piece of furniture; I live in an apartment and am short on space. But there is No. Way. I'm tilting this thing up, despite its wheels, to move it somewhere after every workout. This might only be a warning to those below-average in strength, like I think I'm getting to be, but you might want to clear a permanent space for this thing. 70 pounds, I think. Know your strength if you have the idea this will be easily moved around. Again, I really like this. It doesn't feel shaky or rattly under my feet (hence its weight, I guess); feels like a small treadmill and not some portable piece of junk. Some relatively minor criticisms: - The fact that you can only start it moving with a remote control isn't ideal. The remote seems cheap, is small and easily dropped or misplaced; there's no little slot to put it in. If it breaks, I hope the company sells replacements because otherwise it's a giant brick. The only way to stop the machine without the remote is to pull the safety clip, which stops it on a dime. Jarring. So yes, the remote is the best way to stop it, too. - The display is wanting... a small screen rotates among info like speed, distance, etc. I find the flashing distracting when I'm watching something on my iPad, and of course you have to wait for the info you want to roll back around if you missed it. A wider screen with just three pieces of info would be better. - The stand to hold a device is sized for a phone. I am able to prop my iPad up but it could use a bigger stand to safely accommodate tablets, but maybe that adds too many inches to a small alternative to treadmills. - Finally, PLEASE, companies from non-English-speakiing manufacturers: Get better translators. The manual for this thing is sometimes incomprehensible.

Very Poor Under Desk Treadmill- Heavy, Loud, And Belt Mis-Aligned Out Of The Box
This is my third under desk treadmill. The previous ones wore out after a while and needed to be replaced. I'm ready to replace the Goplus 2 in 1 Folding Treadmill Superfit Under Desk Electric Treadmill after less than 15 minutes of use. 1. The item is HEAVY and not easily maneuvered. If you plan to put it one place and leave it, that may not pose a problem for you. If you want to swap a desk chair and an under desk treadmill, that is not convenient/easy at all. 2. The foldable arms are useless if you want to just put the treadmill under a standing desk. Unfortunately, it does not appear that they can be easily removed. They add weight/bulk and are a complete waste for me. I was under the impression that they did not have to be installed. 3. The machine is janky. From literally the start of using it, it motor/treadmill makes a weird strained sound, most often when put my left foot down. It also makes a squeak/rubbing sound that definitely does not sound right. 4. The belt is not aligned properly. From day one, within minutes of use, I noticed that the belt (which did not seem to come lubricated) has skewed to the left. Given that I noticed it within the first ~5 minutes of use, it likely came that way. I tried to move it to the right with the allan wrench and the two bolts at the rears. That did not seem to do anything. The belt is clearly not centered when looking at it. 5. It's loud. This may not be a problem, per se, but the safety pull mechanism must be attached at the rear of the unit when the handlebars are down. This makes it next to useless at best, and potentially dangerous at worst (a cord dangling next to your feet while walking??), to use. I don't know if the safety mechanism is even needed in walking mode given the speed cap. . .but my unit would not operate without the safety magnet attached. That makes no sense. It it weren't so heavy and a pain to move around, I would return it in a heartbeat. I thought I might try to give it away for free but when I just tried to move it so I could put my chair in front of my desk, I cut my thumb on plastic burr on the frame. I give up. This thing is going in the dumpster. I absolutely would not recommend this device.

Good machine, not too many flaws - see details
Loving this machine. I bought it at the beginning of the quarantine to stay active. It's been a month of daily use. Still working well. Reviews were very helpful when I chose this machine so here are my thoughts: - Running belt size. I wasn't sure if the length was long enough. 40 inches is much shorter than commercial gym size treadmills. For fast-paced walking, this treadmill is perfect. When I pick up speed to a brisk jogging pace, it's still manageable and fine although extra width and length would make it more comfortable. I am 5'4". My husband who is 5'10" uses this treadmill for 5-10 minutes at a time. He says he has to run with accurate precision to feel like he is not falling off. This treadmill was a purchase for me (and not him! haha). I asked if he wanted to change treadmills and he says it's fine but I'm sure given a choice he'd prefer something with a longer running belt. - Incline. I wanted a flat surface to walk/run on to minimize bulking up the leg muscles. This machine has zero incline so that was just fine for me. - Clock / Distance / Calories: This machine seems off to me. At my gym, I normally walk at 4.0 miles per hour. I have to walk at 5.2 mph on this machine to feel like it's the same pace. I also run at 6.0 mph at the gym but feel like I need to run at 10.2 mph to achieve the same pace on this treadmill. Calories is definitely wrong. I know I usually burn more than 150 calories when I walk or run for 60 minutes. But all this is ok to me. I don't need accurate calorie count or pace. I just need something to keep my body moving. The timer is correct at least! =) - Setup: So easy. I opened the box, lifted the handle bar, plugged in the machine and voila. - Price / value: I paid $399 in May 2020 and I noticed the price has gone up slightly. This machine was a good value to me. Slim, sleek and worth the money. - Handle bar: I don't really use it at all. It does come with a smart phone holder, but you can only view your phone in the horizontal / landscape position. It's fine to me since I don't use it. I do wish it came with a water bottle holder. I end up keeping my water bottle on a nearby desk. I also usually just watch things on my laptop which is also on the desk, so I really don't use the phone holder at all. - Remote control: If you lose the remote, I'm not sure how you would control the speed. I don't remember if this treadmill can hook up to bluetooth. I never looked into it. The remote works fine for the most part. There was a day when it wasn't responding so well and I changed the battery. No issues since. - Maintenance: So far no issues to report. The product comes with a bottle of lubrication. They recommend lubricating the running belt once in a while to make sure it performs as well as it should. Seems easy enough. Just a matter of placing a few drops of oil under the belt and let it run for a bit. Haven't done it yet so hope it's that simple.

Missing battery & screw for remote.
This is a perfect walking pad for my elderly father. Wanted a pad that had a hand grasp bar to hold while he walked. Nice that you can set your speed and it tracks distance, speed, calories burned, etc. Setup was relatively easy. Much smaller & lighter than his 25yr old treadmill. Pad was not too heavy for us to carry inside, but did require two people. My biggest complaint was that the remote which you need to use to start/stop and control the treadmill came with no battery! So although my dad was excited with his gift, he couldnโt use it until I could purchase the required button battery to make it work. Why wouldnโt it come with all required parts, including the battery? Also the remote was missing the tiny screw that holds the back of the remote to the front (covering the battery compartment). For now we just taped it closed until I can find a tiny screw that fits.

Works great for walking!
I've worked at my first office job for about 2 1/2 years now, and I have noticed it has been much easier to gain weight and harder to lose weight without spending lots of time at the gym and really watching every calorie since I'm sitting 9-10 hours a day. At the office, HR granted permission for a standing desk so that helps a little, but since COVID we've been working a hybrid schedule (that will now be permanent for my office) so I invested in a standing desk from IKEA. I got the idea to get a foldable treadmill from social media, and I did lots and lots of research before selecting this treadmill. So far, I have only used it for walking up to the 2.5 mph setting while it's under my standing desk as I am working from home. When looking for the right treadmill, I needed to make sure it would hold my bodyweight (pushing 240) and would be able to withstand 4-5 hours of walking per week, at least. So far, this treadmill has exceeded my expectations. The weight limit is around 260 and I don't feel like it's poor quality or won't hold my weight. It's on the heavier side and I don't want to move it super often, but it does have wheels to help move it and it's very compact. Some reviews I've seen on this product that I can either bust or agree with in regards to my particular item I received: 20 Amp Electrical Outlet: Mine was able to plug directly into a normal wall outlet and I have had no problems with it. It can catch and the belt might not be smooth: Yes it needs to be lubricated when you first purchase it before use. Mine came with two small bottles of it. I followed a video on YouTube that showed you how to do it, it also has instructions in the manual. The first maybe 4-5 days it wasn't the smoothest belt to walk on, especially if I wasn't going very quick, but today I'm walking on it at a comfortable speed and it's very smooth and much quieter. They have a table for how often they suggest you to lubricate it based on your usage, and I still have a whole bottle and a half left, I probably won't need to lube for another two months at least. It's small: Yes - it's not the biggest treadmill and the belt isn't very long, but you shouldn't buy this treadmill and expect what you see at a gym. I feel like I can comfortably walk on it without any issues or feeling like I'll fall off. I just had to get the positioning under my desk perfect so I was standing in the middle of the treadmill. Tracking Stats: I don't use this at all right now - I have read that it's not very accurate and it doesn't save the stats after turning off. To me, that's not a huge deal. I track all my workouts on my Apple Watch, so it's no necessary for me, so think about that if you're thinking about purchasing this. I can't find a review that has had this happen to them, but there's been times where I think someone accidently connects their device to the Bluetooth speaker in my treadmill. Admittedly I haven't even been able to figure out how to use that function yet, and I can't even see the treadmill when I scan for Bluetooth devices. If I leave the switch of the treadmill on (it's not running at this point, it's just left on) I sometimes will hear static like someone's connected to it, it'll beep, or even one night my husband and I were laying in bed and it started playing really loud music. It scared us! It's been weird and creepy but I just plan to make sure to shut it off. That's my only complaint so far. Overall - It's (so far) absolutely perfect for what I bought it for. Walking while I'm working to get those steps in. I haven't tried running on it yet but it's working exactly for what I bought it for. I think it was worth spending my tax return on!! We will see if my opinion stays the same in a few months!

In the fight to defeat the Covid 19 pound gain, this is a god send!
I had been thinking for months to get a small indoor treadmill, ever since my office moved and I lost my "Gym in the building" convenience factor, which really hits you hard in the winter. I mean, who wants to leave their warm house and sofa to get in the car to drive to the gym during a snow storm. I didn't execute on the idea thought until it became clear that we were all going to be confined to our homes for weeks on end. And am I happy I bought this. So far it's performing well. I will say a few things (none of it will make me give it less stars): 1. I bought it specifically to walk on, I did not buy it to run on. I think it's fantastic for walking and it's great to break a good walking sweat as well. 2. The "speed" mileage thingy is way off. No question about it. As a gym goer, I am keenly aware what my walking speed is and what my running speed is. Let's just say at 5.6 mph at the gym, I be getting into a running mode for sure....that's my fast walk on this little darling. Do I care? No. I am breaking a sweat and I didn't intend to buy it for running. That being sad, if you crush out mileage and are a hardcore runner, this might not be the right treadmill for you. If you are a slow jogger, you could run on this, but don't try to emulate the 10mp speed when you get back to the gym. Wipe out potential would be high. 3. Distance monitoring: Also a bit whack on machine, but that's why I have my trusted fit bit. All in all, it does exactly what I want it to do. 1. It seems to be well made. Heavy, but still able to move it around rather easily. 100% fits under bed or sofa. Brilliant! 2. It is quiet! I can use it in my apartment's spare room while watching a movie and no one can even hear me or it move. That's AWESOME. 3. I break my sweat and get my 6 miles a day in.

Absolutely perfect for walking and light running
Yes, this machine astoundingly allows for both. You want to comfortably walk in front of your TV or put the machine under you desk, this is the perfect machine. It has very nice absorption, is quite sturdy for a small size machine and has a low noise level. For running, the running bed is a little short (which it should be for a walking machine) but it allows a very comfortable light running. It is sturdy, and not shaking while running. Do NOT lose the remote, otherwise the machine will not work. By the way, the machine look great. Order it in red, as I did, which is a very happy and motivating color. The price point is just perfect: for a couple of hundred dollars, you are in business for walking and running all year round. And if you do not use it, no worries, this machine is super easy to put away: just tuck it under the bed or in a closet. I highly recommend it.

Seems like a great machine!
It took awhile for this to be delievred but it was quite easy to set up when it arrived. Seems to be strong and sturdy - it is certainly quite heavy! Which is a good thing - and it is quiet and works well; my stainless steel version looks sleek and it has a very low thin profile even when set up. My only complaint is that I bought this so I could shove it under the bed or sofa - daily. What I didn't understand and perhaps was not fully explained on the website before I bought it, is that when safety handles are attahced you cannot fold it up. So you have to take 5 mintues every time you haul it out and before you put it away to uncrew or screw on the handles, which is kind of annoying. And you really do want to have at least one handle attached while using, IMO, cause accidents or mis-footing does happen and it really is much safer to have something to grab onto. Otherwise, it is a fine piece of equipment so far and is helping me keep active each day as well as control my weight.

EXTREMELY Noisy, too short, walking mesh is flimsy. AVOID AT ALL COST
__________revised after 7 weeks---------------- litterally worst possible treadmill Becomes hot, even with a lot of silicon EXTREMELY NOISY always have to replace the mesh -------------revised after 5 weeks of usage----------- 6.1 Ft tall, 220 lbs, Male active user > 6 hours a work day on the threadmill. 5 weeks in usage. Easy to use, easy to assemble. VERY NOISY. I have a headset with ANC, so my customers don't hear me walking when i'm speaking but when i'm not, they can perceive a background noise. The walking mesh surface moves a lot, 7-8 times per hour I have to slide my foot while walking to recenter it. If I don't do that, the mesh comes in contact with the edge andd that makes a lot of high pitch noise. For a quick walk (2.5 mph) the pad is limit in terms of length. I think an extra 6 inches would do it. Forget about running on this thing, clearly not made / sturdy enough for that. Overall, I am not satisfied because of the noise
