A gooda Gouda!
This Gouda is so creamy and spreadably delicious! I bought it for a Keilbasa Flat Bread recipe I cococted; it was the perfect addition on top of the the Dijon and under the mashed potato, carmelized onions and Keilbasa! Sooo GOOD! Recommend!

Mellow Tasting Cheese!
Glacier ridge farms smoke Gouda is really good when you spread it on toast. It's really good when you use it on mini crackers with a slice of tomato. It tastes really great on a baked potato with chives. It is very versatile and does not have a strong odor for cheese. I love it.

Lovely Smoked Cheese
This cheese is very good. Smoke flavor is right up front so if you do not like a smokey flavor this is not for you. Spreads easily. Had it with shredded chicken sandwich and loved it. Shipping was odd though and in summer I would be leery of ordering this product. Shipped via USPS with no cooling (ice pack or dry ice.) That being said we would buy it again.

My Hyperfixation Food
If you’re a 90s kid and you want an adult version of those cracker stick and cheese snack pack cheese, this is the product for you. I discovered this after having a snack pack on an Alaska airlines flight and fell in love. Highly recommend if you’re having a party or if you just want a nice snack. Goes great with crackers, fruit or bread. Super spreadable even when right out of the refrigerator. Super tasty flavor and texture.
