The Art of War - Deluxe Edition

It is quite not the exact same thing I expected. It totally defies the rules of ancient warfare in India and it includes deception and attacking at night and attacks without prior signals, all of which is prohibited in war according to the shastras. It's by a Chinese general so I did quite expect this. But it is totally relevant for these times.

A very nice book. Binding and print are good. The book is as it is shown in the picture. It is about how a soldier should be, rules of War, and techniques to use during war. It is not a story book, but like a war tactic book.

This version is so good they just clearly breakdown the quotes in a eloquent and understandable way, very useful book.

Overall, an exceptional book when it comes to deception and strategy. Even though the book has written almost 25 centuries ago, it's principles still hold a magnanimous power in today's world. In my personal perspective, I found the book a little un-implementable mainly because the book oftenmore talks about swordsmanship, espionage, and overall and old type of war idea. But now, we have evolved a lot and some of the ideas written in this book may contradict our modern day evaluation. A little abstract thinking is required to really make the whole out of this book into your brain

A great product in the given price range. Had been using it for a long time and it does all the functions peacefully. Initially received with few missing parts however Amazon quickly addressed the issue and received the box with all accessories. A highly recommended product.

Quite excellent. The binding and paper quality are great. And the Chinese style gives it an authentic vibe. The book itself is fascinating. No wonder it is praised by the whole world.
