Whilst this product has gone up by £1 since I purchased it, just over a month ago, I have to say that it is one of the best purchases I have made in the last 15 years!I have suffered with blockages, glue ear, itching and costant ringing in both of my ears, for the last 15 years or so. I have had ear spray after ear spray, purchased "snake oil" ear drops online, used plenty of olive oil - and taken many antibiotics for ear infections, but nothing ever helped. I found an advertisment on youtube for one of these spray bottles and decided to search amazon. The one I first looked at is exactly the same principal as this one, but probably double the price. With them being of the same concept, I decided to go for this one - and with the money that I had saved, I got 3 bottles of hydrogen peroxide.It arrived promptly the next day, so I made a solution up of one part peroxide and 4 parts water. I soon realised that you don't need to fill the bottle. My ears were quite blocked and I couldn't hear a thing, but after using just under half of the bottle (so no need to fill the bottle full), my ears were totally unblocked. I used the water sucker - and big lumps of wax came out with it.Whilst you can do the same thing with a large syringe, I find the bottle much better to use, because you can't put as much force behind the sprays. The product won't stop your ears blocking up again, but by using this once every 2 or 3 weeks, depending on how quickly they usualy block, you won't have many problems with your hearing in future. If I could have given this product 10 stars, I would have!Just a side note: If your ears still feel blocked once you have cleaned them for the first time, it will 9 times out of 10, be due to some water that is stuck in your ear, give it a day or 2, to dry out - and all will be good. You can use the product with just warm water, but I would advise on using the peroxide, because if your ear itches, it really calms it down - and also helps to kill any bugs in the tap water.

Tricky to use. Didn't really clear the wax as suggested. I thought it might be me but I got someone else to do it and they had the same result. There are other methods that do work. I just need to find them!

I don't leave reviews normally, but I thought I would this time for others who have experienced the inconvenience of blocked ears.- I would recommend Otex for 2-3 days prior.- I then used this after the third day of using Otex, and once you get the angle right with the nozzle, (i.e cover your ear with the circle nozzle), it all comes out- FYI The first few pumps from this I tried didn't work. Then once I felt comfortable squeezing it quite quickly, it's suddenly worked!My GP couldn't offer me help due to covid, but said to check Amazon out. I was going to go private, but thought for the price it is it's worth a shot. I'm very happy with the results. I haven't heard like this in years. I'm almost amazed how loud everything is. Possibly the best money I ever spent!

i had enough of trying to get an appointment to sort my ear out. i like a lot of people was sceptical about these wonder products,so i was really pleased to find out that this worked really well. as long as you use some drops to soften everything up in the affected ears first. really easy to use. i personally didnt use the peroxide just warm water. after about 5 minutes of use wonders of wonders i can hear again. just the other ear to sort and job done .good product

Only used It once. Easy to use but result in removing wax but the other reviews say better results achieved after seconever attempt . Will use olive oil drops then try again in a few days.

When you're at home during a pandemic and haven't been able to hear out of one ear for several weeks, you turn to the Aladdin's Cave that is Amazon to try and find a solution. I wasn't sure if I should believe the glowing reviews however I thought I would give it a go anyway...and oh my goodness what a great product! You have to soften the wax with oil for a few days prior to doing it, but once you do, it gives the perfect amount of pressure to clear out the canal. Note: I only used warm water to clear the ear canal (and not the suggested alcohol/water combo) but it worked a treat anyway! If you struggle with chronic ear wax build up, this is definitely a must buy.

Really easy to use. Partners ears was full of wax. He couldn't hear anything and I was sick to death of shouting! We looked at private audiologist in our area but what with lock down and them charging £50-£70 we thought we'd look on amazon for something cheaper. We used hydrogen peroxide drops for 4 days before to soften the wax. Then used this kit. It got big chunks of wax out and it was awesome to see it come out. And ta da he can hear and I no longer have a headache or a sore throat ha ha! He felt no pain whilst using this!!!

I was very sceptical about this item because it seemed too cheap considering I have a been paying £40 a time to get one ear micro suctioned every 6-8 weeks for about two years. I thought I would try it anyway and it was the best money I’ve spent.Got next day derlivery and it turned up the next morning first thing even with covid going on, Opened it up filled it with warm water like it says and within 2-3 minutes I could hear again, my ear was fully clear. It does say in the instructions to use hydrogen peroxide but I couldn’t get any so I tried it with just water and it worked anyway.I would recommend this 1000 times over.
