they were hard to me not soft at all they arrived in ok shape it wasnt melted or anything they are pretty good though

I LOVE these cookies. Perfect blend of crispness, chocolate and sweet.I'm sure I'll go through this bucket in a few days and suffer diabetes. The price is much better than buying the standalone ones and you get two cookies per pack. I do wish they didn't use so much plastic but I guess they didn't want the cookies to get smashed as they get distributed. C'est la vie.

For some reason these will go down to $8-$9 but then just as quickly are more than double that price. Used these as gifts at Christmas for elderly neighbor & also brought to staff in OR & Recovery at In-&-Out Surgery & in MD's office. They appreciate the thought. People can grab one & save in their pocket for coffee break & there are 20 in a box so go a long way & most people like these.
