This FRC 100% Colombian is well balanced, not bitter, and has a clean finish. The aroma of the ground coffee is sweet, nutty with hints of chocolate. In the cup, it has a nutty, coffee aroma. As stated before over the palate it is well balanced with a medium mouth feel, no bitterness, nutty, coffee flavor with a clean dark chocolate finish. I think I have found my replacement and this will be my new go to everyday coffee.
