Perfect for my neuropathy. There are additional pads you can hook up to it that work as a TENS unit. It’s sturdy but very light. Easy to carry in to work with me. The pulses have multiple modes to choose from for different speeds and pressure. Worth every penny.

Great unit. I could not feel the ems on other units but I do on this unit. I need not realize it came with tens unit patches for the body and they work so good.

I just received this foot and body massager and I have to tell you I have been very impressed with it’s functioning. It is very comfortable and nd effective in both moods. No noise and no hard vibrations just a very effective way of making your feet and body relax.Very happy with my decision to get it.

I am returning mine for a few reasons. One is that says it is battery operated. The only thing with a battery (not included) was the remote. This comes with a power cord that is on the short side. I couldn't feel anything no matter what setting I had it on. What they don't say (at least I didn't see it) is that you have to soak your feet for at least a half hour before using this. Be careful if you are elderly and have thinner skin. The pads are real sticky and may mark the skin. I am on warfarin so left some bruising. Please do your research before buying. The one major plus to this. I am on the bigger side so this was easy for my feet to rest on comfortably.

I don't know if it's the placebo effect or it really works, but so far - after one week of use - I can already feel a bit of improvement in the muscles of my calves. There has been less swelling in my feet and ankles as well - not perfect, but any improvement here is welcome. I'm hoping for continued improvement as time passes. I've been successfully using a TENS unit on my lower back for months, so I'm definitely a big believer in the potential here. Customer Service rates a 10 out of 5 stars... they're great. My only complaint is the manual and ease of use - oh, boy. English wasn't the writer's native language. Grammar and punctuation aside, there are 25 different modes to choose from and each has an unnumbered paragraph and illustration for its use. Numbering the paragraphs to correspond to the modes would be a vast improvement. Otherwise, fingers crossed!

Due to numerous health issues, the circulation in my legs is very poor and walking unaided is a challenge. After looking a several EMS options, this one had the best and easiest options. I have it near my computer and use it several times each day. When I first got it, my circulation was so poor that I had the stimulation level set at 90. I am now using a 51 setting and I can actually walk unaided for one hour or so each day. I can't say enough positive things about it. BTW, as I do not live in the US I had to pay shipping and duty to the West Indies. This item ended up costing me nearly $500.00 US and it has been worth every cent.It is approximately 2 months since I first began using this. After 3 YEARS of using a walker to get around, I can now walk unaided for perhaps 8 or 9 hours each day. My physiotherapist actually said that the Osito EMS would do more for my legs than she could. My balance is still off but in good time that will also be sorted. I cannot say enough positive things about this EMS and if anyone is wondering, I am not being re-imbursed for my review. I am just so pleased with the improvement in my legs.

To feel any effect at all from my unit i must turn the intensity to a setting above 60, i know it is working at lower settings, but doesnt do anything without that much at minimum, so, turn it up. The remote can only increment intensity by 1 unit at a time, so to get to max intensity, you have to push that button 99 times, and if you accidentally push to 100, it returns to 0. It doesnt save any profiles to get a quick setting.It would be nice to have a button that increments by 5 or 10 on the remote. Overall when i have it up and running, it does work well and has been giving me some help. Just some minor things from a user standpoint id like to see.

I have painful neuropathy in both lower legs and feet and this little machine is really powerful at stimulating my entire lower legs, ankles, and feet. It has a large variety of strengths and settings (modes of stimulation feelings) which I love to adjust for my pain and sensations. Lasts 25 minutes for a cycle (can turn off whenever you want) with no heat - which is good cause heat hurts my nerves more. Easy to use and has a remote control or base control. I haven’t used the body TENS unit yet as my focus is on the lower legs. Worth the investment as acupuncture costs a fortune and just flared me up worse and didn’t help me. Wish this little (and light weighing too) machine permanently got rid of my pain, but I’ll take whatever relief I can get and this helps immensely for now! It’s quiet too, not a vibrator or massager - it’s like a TENS stimulator, so careful if you want those things, this can be put on a very mild setting though and is a great distractor for my kind of needle, burning type pain. May help with numbness - my friend has that and thinks it helps her, but I personally don’t know.
