Chemical Guys, V32 Optical Grade Extreme Cutting Compound, Heavy Cut, 4 oz

Bought a Black Xterra that had spent most of its life in NYC and had sat outside for quite awhile. The vehicle was dirty when I looked at it and after washing it and getting it home almost stroked as to how bad the paint really was. Realistically, thought I was going to have to repaint the entire thing. However, so far so good. I used a 6" DA polisher and went over each panel twice with this compound and then finished with the Chemical Guys V38 polish. The vehicle has turned out amazingly well. The hood could probably use another pass or two because scratches are still visible under direct fluorescent light (which is the worst for showing damage), but at this point it looks amazing outside and I will leave it alone for fear of going too far. This compound has a great working time and it may go to now from prior use of 3M.

This stuff is amazing. Want your car or bike to shine? This stuff will buff out a bunch of imperfections! Would definitely recommend.

A car wash gave me a dark colored line on my car. I used this with a torque fx and pad and it took it off either way ease - minus a few spots I really had to dig into. Worth the purchase.

Was able to clean headlights on 2011 Lexus gx460. Yellow to clear easy with a drill buff pad.

I have a 2010 toyota camry and it was really looking bad ! I tested this in an area about the size of a dinner plate. OH MY GOD !!! IN JUST A FEW SECONDS IT LOOKED BRAND NEW !!! I don't know what it has in it but I was totally impressed !!! I can't wait to do the rest of the car ! I never imagined that a product would work this good ! It was dull and had NO shine and now it looks brand new !!! Buy this product and you WILL be surprised by its performance ! I will never use anything else ! If you don't like it I'll pay for it !!!

I was disappointed with the results, compared to sonax 6+3, sonax removed every sanding scratch/pigtail left in my clear from 2k sanding The v32 left many behind while it did achieve some degree of cleaning up and clarity, the sonax left the surface to an almost mirror finish, I truly feel the v32 would work if your follow up with a few more steps and products following it but it did not meet my expectations.

I used Chemical Guys V32 to remove hard water spots from the exterior windows on my 2019 GMC 1500 Denali Truck, and the results were impressive. I paired it with felt polishing pads and a handheld sander, and it cut through the water spots much better than I expected. The compound worked quickly, polished the glass clean, and left a noticeable improvement in clarity. There are several videos online showing the process, which helped dial in the technique. This product did exactly what I needed and performed very well.

I have been using the Chemical Guys 38 to try and make some paint corrections. It made them better but not go away. Ordered the Chemical Guys V32 Optical Grade Extreme Compound and now the imperfections that I had been working on are gone. Great product and glad to have it in my collection of polishing compounds. I have yet to buy a Chemical Guys product that I was not a 100% happy with.

the product is fine but they should seal the lid for two purposes, one for freshness and to keep it from dehydrating before opening, and for delivery as mine was split in the box, with about 10-20ml out into the delivery box, and it’s not a large bottle.

Amazing on my car

I bought this polish because I could not find Meguiar's M105 in Canada for a reasonable price, this was the closest polish that I could find that replicates the same results but isn't crazy expensive. Great product for use to buff out scratches on your car, if you use something like Chemical Guys V36 or Meguiar's M205 you will have a tough time removing clear coat scratches. I have noticed that the work time is longer on the Chemical Guys V32 than the M105, it dries slower and gives you more time to relax.
