Is the top case attached by a zip.or velco and is it strong or would the top case easily fall off when carryed after a month or 2 ?

The top case is attached by Velcro and, in my opinion, is very strong. The top case does not have to be taken off to access the Nintendo Switch as it has a zip around it also.

Will this hold a oled switch version with a docking station aswell?

I would say it wouldn’t hold the docking station only the actual console plus charger.

Is there pressure/contact between the analog sticks and case when closed? Looks like would be with pro controller in there too??

No don't touch in separate compartments

My switch has joycon sleeves. So the back have slight raised bump profiles. I hope its now not too bulky that it won't sit right or lid won't close?

The case is pretty spacious so any minor raising won't affect you unless you are trying to fill it with a lot of extra accessories. Hope this helps.
