The product works great! There are some areas where the wood is coming up.

I love the different angles and how steep they can go. I can feel the stretch. I'm 270 pounds, and I rate the sturdiness as average. I would hesitate to buy if you weight much more than that.

Flimsy and the 2 highest settings are basically unusable. Works ok for the price.

High quality board.

I am in school to be a physical therapist and have owned and researched a handful of slant boards. I am a big guy at 225lbs, and this board feels very solid and sturdy under my weight. This board also has a lot of customizability in terms of how many angles you can adjust it to. It's pretty perfect.

This product is junk. I purchased two for my brother for his birthday because he saw my slant board and noticed my calves are getting much bigger. I bought a Strong-Tek board months ago and it arrived in perfect condition-quality workmanship, no warping and traction tape was placed perfectly. Expensive, but worth it now that I've seen the alternative. These slant boards (I bought two to save $20) came warped, the tape wasn't place right so there were air spots which we needed to flatten out best we could, and the divots that the ridges lock into (to change height) were not deep enough to keep the board from breaking down when shifting weight in the slightest. I would have returned them but when my brother opened them he was fine with them and decided he would keep them instead of dealing with a return. I felt so bad because the quality of workmanship was simply not there. I have a great board, he got the next best thing.My advice to anyone reading, pay the extra $10 for Strong Tek and avoid the possibility of getting the same junk we received. The boards are night and day.

I had to eat thin blood medicine since my lung had blood clog. But my calves still felt painful about two months. I try walking everyday, but it couldn't relief my legs painful. So I bought this slant board for stretching. This product really helps me to relax not only my calf area but also my ankles and knee joints. It only took one week the painful on my legs went away. This wooden Slant Board is easy to adjust and change any angle.

Excellent slant board. Very sturdy and good quality. I am 6'2" 215 lbs and use it 3 times a week for my knee strengthening exercises and this works great.
