Great story!
The Ballers of Rockport High have stolen my heart. I am still not ready to give up these characters, but I love that I can now get their whole story in one complete boxset. There is also a bonus epilogue that is pretty darn fantastic. These characters will steal your heart, make you mad, and make you want to strangle them (Lake the snake), but they will also have you cheering them on as they go through all the many events in their lives.

Good read but the ending felt rushed
I enjoyed this trilogy. The FMC was likeable, though she forgave the boys a bit too easily IMO. I liked the boys (or liked to hate), they all had different backstories, so by the end you can understand them better.I liked the way it ended, but my problem was, that compared to the rest of the books it felt rushed, because a lot of things were solved off-page. The bonus epiloge wasn't bad either, we can see where they ended up in 5 years, but hardly anything happened there, it really is just an extra chapter.Overall I recommend it, but I can't give 5 stars, I've read a few RH books that were much better than this one.

Shoulda played co-ed
I loved this series so much I bought it after KU. Had I known boys could be this hot, I would’ve played co-Ed ball in high school. As usual E.M murdered it, I still come back to this series in between books.

Decent
I feel like I’ve been so iffy on books lately, and this is another one to add in to that category. Being an athlete myself, I SO enjoyed the basketball aspect of this book. They way the author explains the need for the competition, the teamwork, etc, it really resonated with me and made me reminisce on my entire life of playing softball. There’s nothing like walking onto a field or court to play the game you love with people cheering your name. It IS hard to understand if you’ve never done it. It’s a rush, so watching her compete and play against the guys and still kick ass was amazing. But I wish it would have all been about proving herself, about working towards her goal, but honestly her inner dialogue made me sit back a couple of times and shake my head because it felt like she was doing it all just to be accepted by 5 guys who bullied her. Because she wanted to be “one of them”. 5 guys who acted like they hated her. Even though she did make them work for it in the second book, I do feel like she gave into them wayyyy to easily. She even had her best friend, a guy friend and her mom call her out on why she let them get away with the things they do to her, and she still puts up with it. I would have liked to see her have more of a backbone. Im just not too sure how I feel about our main character. This series wasn’t bad my any means so give it a shot if you want, but it isn’t going on my “to be read again and again and again” shelf either.

DANNNNGG!
This was my first book(s)/series by EM Moore. Let me tell you, it will definitely NOT be my last.Tess is in high school and is a basketball player. Her father was in the NBA and she pretty much eats, breaths and is basketball. The funding gets cut from her private school so they no longer have a girls team and she cant be on the boys team due to school guidelines. She transfers to her dads old high school, it just happens to have the best HS basketball team in the state (also all boys team) but this school is public and therefore has different rules. Not only does she want her chance to shine, but the best players on the team and her have history. The kind of history, where seeing her sparks all kinds of hatred and ugliness, but ALSO the kind that sparks something deep within and makes her want to take a time-out.I loved this series. The FMC is a killer and loves to let the boys know shes just as good and can hang. The boys are definitely the popular type with the take no prisoner attitude. Ther storyline is great and has all sorts of twists and turns.I'm told that this set also had the "extended" Epilogue, however....I was still left wanting way more! I feel like I would be happy with a 5 yr AFTER this current epilogue. lol. I just didnt want the story to end!

Great storyline with a deeper meaning.
This series is one of the better ones I’ve read from this author. The first book is definitely not as good as the next two, but when looking at the bigger picture, it’s the perfect set up to a great series. There were some parts that didn’t add up for me such as Tessa saying at one point she couldn’t wait to spend the whole night with a certain boy when they had already done so once before. But these parts were so small that they didn’t negatively impact the book for me.The majority of the books I’ve read lately were outlined from day to day and left no gaps in time such as “over the next few weeks”.. or something along those lines so it was an adjustment when this series didn’t outline every moment, but again, it wouldn’t dissuade me from reading this series.I loved the connection Tessa had with each boy. It was like 4 mini series in one whole series. They each had their own insecurities and issues overcoming them. The epilogue was EVERYTHING!!! Apparently it’s specific to this box set so I hope every single person who read the series before the box set came out is privy to it because it was literally the perfect culmination of the series.I only wish I could have more of these characters!

Loved it!
This is the second series I have read by EM Moore. I loved the characters and their development over the three books. I was sucked in from the very beginning and loved Tessa. She is a strong female lead who deserved everything she was fighting so hard for. I was desperate to find out why Lake seemed to hate her so much and was not disappointed when I finally found out as it brought the story full circle. I would love to read more about these characters in college and beyond. (You do get a sneaky peek of their future but I’m greedy and want more)!

Awesome
This is an amazing series and I loved the epilogue. It really needed that to round it out.Tessa is badass. Her strength and determination is amazing. I felt like sometimes she let her Dad off a bit too easily and probably the guys too but her Dad really annoyed me. Also not sure why her parents, her dad especially didn’t step up to talk to the school about the bullying earlier especially after the car and seeing first hand what happened at the games. All the guys are great (except Lake of course he deserved a nut punch) but Hayes in particular is definitely worth a swoon. This is a great read. Don’t miss it.
