We loved the look of this when we first received it. We’ve had it less than two years and it’s starting to fall apart. We always keep it covered when not in use. The paint started peeling a few months back, and now the material it is made of is starting to chip and fall off. This is so disappointing, especially considering the cost. Less than two years of use doesn't cut it. I would not recommend this product.

Great fire pit, with excellent support!
I've got to tell you, this company went farther for me that I could have ever imagined. First, the fire pit is nice! The write-up said, easily converted to natural gas. Well, no local plumbers seemed to be able to figure this out. The company actually talked to my plumber on the phone and explained it. Even sent him some parts. Then, when the flame wasn't big enough, stepped in again with a replacement part. Customer service with capital letters!!

Falls Apart, Company Unresponsive
I advise against this fire pit and the company's products. We bought this firepit and a matching propane tank cover. They were great the first season. We took good care of them, kept them fully covered when not in use. After one year, the paint has peeled off, super unsightly, and the company will not return our messages and calls.
