McCormick Bag 'N Season Country Chicken was discontinued in June 2016. We do offer a replacement recipe on our website for Creamy Country Chicken with Vegetables. ~ Erica

Q: Could you bake a Cornish Game Hen it?

We do recommend using our McCormick Bag 'n Season Chicken if you're baking Cornish Game Hens. Besides the 2 1/2 lbs. chicken parts, you can prepare with Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or a whole chicken. For Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts: Use 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast halves and 4 cups sliced fresh vegetables. Place vegetables in Bag first; then add seasoned chicken breasts on top of vegetables. Bake 45 minutes. If omitting vegetables, bake for 30 minutes. For Whole Chicken: Use 3-3 1/2 lb. whole chicken in place of chicken parts. Bake 1 hour 15 min. (Do not add vegetables) ~JM
