Neither, they are two small for photo ops and there would be no way you could stand them up for centerpieces. We purchased sticky tack and put them behind the dj as decoration at my sons graduation party.

Q: would these work as cupcake tops (i know they arent edible im wondering size wise)

these are way too big for cupcakes (or a cake). they are 14 inches tall
