Easy to connect to the other filter . They seem expensive but as they last over a year and they help to filter out all the impurities & chemicals in our tap water nowadays the filter is worth it. The water tastes so good and no nasty smell of chlorine.

UPDATE: Seller reached out to rectify so I am changing to 5 starsSome filters last months some only last weeks. They get blocked or just stop working and impossible to get working again. We live in an area with soft water and pretty good quality. When they work they are 5*. I gave them 2* due to cost and the increasing recent inconsistent quality. I have had this unit for a few years and can't complain about the quality of water when it works. However, both filters are so inconsistent I do feel like looking for an alternative system now

I found that the filter was not that straight forward to put on, one was leaking, so had to play about with it for a bit, but when all three was eventually put in position the top would not sit flat, noticed one of the filters sat slight on the nut which secures the tap, so it's uneven, I'm not sure if anyone has had this happened with their item.Only option would be to use a slimmer nut to secure the tap or adjust the distances of the filter positions.The water tastes different with the second filter fitted, fresher and initally I thought it was blocked as the water was coming out so slowly, so I took them out shoot the filters replaced them with some difficulty, no change, so I left it came back and the water filtered through, just needed to be patient.So far so good just not too happy about the top not sitting level as its intended to do.

The PH002 really does change the water quality and taste considerably. We use them as much for taste as anything, but our tests proved they really do impact filtration noticeably. I was skeptical at first thinking it would be some kind of placebo with a good story, but it does make a difference. Good product and if water quality is an objective with this product, I recommend it.

This is the second time I've tried this and I still cannot get it to fit securely into the other filter part without it leaking/water coming through the top from the top filter! I know it says you have to firmly push and twist left but I've done this and it literally won't go in any further! I don't know how good it is as an additional filter as the water isn't going through it fully as it comes out the top so I'm going to stop buying this extra filter. My opinion is to save your money and just use the other filter on its own. Please fix the design of this so it doesn't leak and fits properly/easily.

I’m delighted with this product! It was really easy to set up and the water tastes amazing-really pure and clean. I also love the fact that I’m not constantly having to refill a jug. Money very well spent!

The media could not be loaded. This extra filter attaches to the PH001 filter with a rubber ring. it is meant to be an additional add-on filter, for additional purity. I followed the instructions carefully, and tightly 'screwed' the filter to the large PH001, with the ring, pressing firmly, but whichever way I tried I just couldn't get it to not leak. This is the 2nd time I have bought this filter. The 1st one didn’t leak so much but still leaked, thus defeating the object completely of filtering as much as possible, which is why I got it in the 1st place. Can’t fault the seller for service, but the design needs some work!
