The Pros. The items arrived well packaged and protected. They improve the look of your truck 100%, the material seems to be durable and a good quality. The lights are bright, plug and play easy to install. They install solid and it came with the regulators for the LEDs. A great upgrade from the OEM looks. It took me 15 minutes to install. The Cons. The top of the lights by the tailgate doesn't completely folds with the vehicle (see pictures) like the OEM. This is not a deal braker and barely noticeable. After the first hand washed, notice water accumulating inside of one of the taillights. The wash was using a garden hose, so no big pressure was applied directly to them. I will give them 3 1/2 stars, but I do like so much the look, that I'm willing to deal with the other issues. I'm not planning to return them (too much in love with them) so for the water issue I end up sealing with clear silicone the edges and drilling small hole on the lower part of the lights in the black enclosure. Test them (this time by applying full water pressure directly to them and their edges) and so far they are great and dry. UPDATE: I had to bump up my rating from 4 to 5 stars, I contact AmeriLite 3 weeks after purchasing, one of my lights (the want that was taking water) started with a fast flashing. I thought that was the resistance but after testing it was the light itself. To my surprise they sent a brand new one in couple days, pay for return of the damage one and everything. Really great and fast response from the vendor. So far no issues at all. Great to see how they stand behind their product, for this reason they do deserve a 5 star rating.

I really like the way these lights look compared to the stock lights. They are bright and the red tub light is a nice accent. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition from the seller. It took me about an hour to install both lights. Just remove 2 screws holding each light and it slides right out. The socket from the old lights plugged right into the new lights. Don’t forget to install the seals/ grommets that are included so no water gets in. This is important! I had to sand down the backup light seal since it was just a bit too thick. Not a big deal. I also used a q-tip and put a small amount of petroleum jelly in each socket to keep them from corroding. All and all these lights were an improvement to my vehicle both in style and function.

These tail lights were what I expected them to be. They were easy to install and look great on my 2013 FX4. I had read other reviews prior to making the purchase and will warn against taking information from other reviews to heart too much. No additional sockets are needed and proper research would tell you to plug the wiring from the tail lights into the bulb sockets on the truck. I also did not have to trim any of the socket opening to get the bulb socket into place. It was a tight fit but worked as it should have ( you must note that the socket only fits one way due to different sized tabs on the socket, and when the socket is put in in the correct orientation it will turn and lock into place). All in all the only real complaint is that when spending this kind of money on something like this I would expect installation instructions in the package and not have to rely solely on You Tube videos to see what needs to be done.

I bought these to replace a different set of aftermarket LED taillights that went bad. They're a bit expensive, but worth it. The fit, finish, easy plug-n-play connections, and overall appearance are great. On the previous set I had on the truck, the entire upper and lower bank of LEDs were the running lights. Because of this, there wasn't much differentiation between the run lights and brakes. On this new set, the running lights are separate -- they're the two tube lights that wrap around the side. It adds a nice look during the day when the lights are off, as well as at night when they're on. The upper and lower bank of LEDs come on only for the brakes/turn. So far I'm very happy with this purchase and recommend to anyone considering an upgrade. I hope the longevity is better on this set than the other set I replaced (different brand), which only lasted three years before electronics started to fail.

I bought these tail lights to give my 2014 F150 a different look, and it did! I am very happy with the lights! The quality is great, the look is awesome, and the function of the lights is perfect! You can't go wrong with these lights. I couldn't be more happy! 2/9/23 - Moisture showed up in the driver side light. I contacted AmeriLite and told them my problem. They answered me right back. They wanted a picture of the light. When they saw the picture, they were more than happy to send out a replacement. Their customer service is A+!! They did all this as quickly as possible, no problems, and at their expense. They do business like a company should do business! I'm getting ready to put lights on a 2005 Mustang Convertible. I know where I'm getting those lights! I will not waste time looking anywhere else! 2/21/24 Moisture in another light. It looks like they will last for a year and then moisture. I put a picture of this one on there. This is the second time I’ve had moisture in the taillight. Last time they sent a new light. Let’s see if they make this one good. I sure don’t want to change a light out every year!

Easy to install. Very bright LED lights

These were not difficult to install, but the wires could be a couple of inches longer to give you more room to install in the sockets. Holes didn't line up perfectly but once you get them started they will slip into the right spot. They look great and work perfectly. Highly recommend. They are led lights but the tube lighting isn't exactly like the OEM lights but it still looks great compared to the original lights. Very happy with purchase and so will you be. After installing I went through carwash and no fogging or leaks. The next few days it's been raining and still no leaks.
