Doesn’t melt or discolour
Have had one of these for years. Doesn’t melt like other spatulas. Love it so much I bought my daughter one and she is very pleased

Best Basic Kitchen Utensil You Can Buy
This is the best basic kitchen utensil I've ever had (and I've had a lot). Much much better than wooden stirring utensils which soften and cannot be cleaned properly and more rigid and usable than other nylon and plastic devices. I use it as my basic stirring, mixing utensil. By way of confirmation, I've also gifted this to many friends (it's inexpensive) all of whom adore this basic, extremely useful and durable tool. Three years after initial purchase and still a great device. I bought it in three other sizes as well (10", 12" and 16")
