Initial review of about a week. Excellent weight and quality from what is presented thus far. I own a commercial boutique personal training studio in (hipster-ville) capitol Silverlake CA. With all the talk of pandemic pivoting during these difficult times of business, I created an outdoor option for my clientele. This space was created behind an already complete indoor gym. Business has been great since 2013, so sourcing a good product without breaking the expense budget was key. Especially now.It was important to have something I could take up (Roll up) when the weather isn’t the usual SoCal sun. So it’ll see many dry months of use. Also considering longevity I may store it inside every night so the creepy crawlers don’t make it apart of their home. Or it happens to “walk off” in the night.I think what’s great so far is how durable it seems, and light enough for one person to move it. It rolls flat right out the box. No bubbles or warps etc. Real flat and smooth. Working over the years with the industrial and commercial floors, this is a godsend, though Ultimately may not have the same wear quality.We’ll have weights on it and a squat rack eventually. And more clients giving the space a go. That’s where the True test will come. Either way it’s nicer than putting people on a single mat and concrete. Our sessions aren’t cheap, so I couldn’t justify sparing the costs here. I got the largest size possible and it turned out great. IMO. If Instagram is any evidence of a good visual with feedback, I’ve received many compliments on creating the space and what products I’m using etc. This one is a winner!Ps. My only request (small request), is they make it in black/grey speckled or flake colors to camouflage the footprints and make the decor livelier. It would also then match our floors inside. My guess here is that something like that rubber blend wouldn’t roll as well possibly IDK.

We tried a few other "mats" for working out at home, but all other mats moved as we worked out (we have a carpet). This one is amazing that it covers enough space for 2 to work out comfortably (we do circuit training) and it does not move one bit when working out.It is a good thickness and is quite comfortable to walk on (has a nice cushion), does not smell after the initial opening of the package, and very easy to clean - we vacuum dog hair and swiffer swipe clean it regularly.It might look like a bit expensive, but considering that we will probably use it for all our workouts, the value and quality is worth it.We are planning on buying one more for our basement (non-carpet).

We always have mats at home for my kids to practice martial arts and tumbling. I bought these when we were first stuck at home and needed something to move around and other exercises for our home gym. The mat is holding up strong and tough and we don't even use the other tumbling mats anymore. It has good grip, great cushion, and great value. I use it for kickboxing, pilate, yoga, martial arts, weight training, and much more.

This mat is excellent! We put it down in our garage for a make shift gym, and honestly couldn't be happier. Always had issues with the smaller 'tile' setups getting pulled apart when doing aerobics or yoga, but this thing will take any punishment, is big enough for 2 adults to comfortably workout and stretch on. As long as it lasts the test of time, I'm very pleased.

I bought three of these mats (12' by 6") over the past month to cover a large new workout room floor. After buying the first one to check it out, I liked it so much I bought another and then another. My floor is now covered with matching mats. These mats are softer on the feet than others I have had in the past. It does not smell and is not oily or slippery. This mat is expensive, but it is worth the price. Shipping was very fast to Kauai where I live.

I really love this mat. My only complaint is very minor: the edge curls up just a bit from having been rolled up. Even after several days, it won't lay completely flat. It's close...but not completely. I turned it over and that solved it. So if you don't mind only using one side, or the tiniest of upward curl on the very edge, you'll be fine. It is comfy, durable, just the right amount of friction to keep you from slipping without being 'sticky,' and holds up great to my athletic shoes. I'm really happy with it.

This is a premium quality product, however it’s truly best in a room that has no equipment. It is extremely hard to get it to lay flat without ripples with machines on top.

I set a home gym in my garage and needed a mat. Most recommend getting stall mats (Horse stall mats) but the down side is that they have heavy rubber smell that lingers. I did not want that. Also, I just needed a 1/4 inch mat to protect the floor, give myself a comfortable place to stretch, and also deadened the sound of weights dropping. This mat is perfect! Great size that filled my space without putting squares together, no smell at all, and the perfect height. If you are building a home gym this is a great mat to choose.
