my WIFE/MISTRESS learned a lot this book. SHE denied me access to the book and i have honored HER wishes since HER death and only allowed the Women that i have dated to read it. i have never read the book.

Bought the book from the preview pages, which sounded promising. I however disliked pretty much all of the advices, which are unrealistically tilted towards the hardcore, with not much gradation. Fine for a scene now and then, but not for creating the foundation of what should be a long term lifestyle choice. I also think that many of the tips may be counterproductive, For example, there is no need to have physical punishment (which is talked at length) to correct misbehavior from a locked man. (Here is a tip: it will only reinforce the bad behavior.) The ultimate power is the holding of the key and the control over the man's release. That for me is the quintessential allure of the lifestyle, but it is barely mentioned. Another alarming focus of the book is on humiliation, which is a typical D/s fantasy. There is a good humiliation, like making the man wear lady's underwear at a high-school reunion, and then bad humiliation, like letting everyone at the reunion know about it. The good kind is fun, often self-deprecating, and helps address ego issues. The bad kind hurts self-esteem and is permanently damaging in potentially all sorts of ways, including social and professional.The book does not seem to make any distinction, mixing examples of both kinds as if they are all fine. (Another tip: self-destruction can be exciting. It doesn't make it positive.)

Recommend it to anyone who is keen to learn more about controlling their man sexually and having fun doing it.

An easy, interactive and simplified read. I have done a ton of research on the subject of an FLR and chastity and this series is chock full of all the essential knowledge needed, straight forward, realistic and to the point!

Thank you Georgia Ivey Green for this book. I think I secretly always wanted to be in a female led relationship but had no idea how it works in practice or what the befits would even be. This book gave me all the answers I was looking for with total clarity. Within these pages, I discovered a new world was waiting for me and now everything makes sense. While this book is written for the would be female key holder, as a man it helped me to understand some the psychology behind what I had been seeking. So thank you Ms Green for helping me to better understand myself and my desires. As for my key holder, this book has set her on her own journey and is enjoying the rewards. This may seem an odd lifestyle choice for some, but I can say truthfully, it's bought our relationship a far greater level of intimacy, equality and respect for one another. So, if you're curious about a chastity lifestyle, and you want to rekindle that passion and sexual tension you felt when you were first courting, then this is book you and your partner need to read.

I would suggest buying her other book: 'How to set up an FLR'. Tips and tricks is just a re-work of the other book to make more money and adds virtually nothing new. Many sections have the same content copied and pasted across.

Very unrealistic, the author wasnt sure who the book was for (her? Him?) there is little to do about her pleasure and it was all about what the guy should get. It's easy enough to read and even more so with the grammatical errors on top. This is a real 1 star and not just a rant 1 star. Avoid buying in my opinion.
