Comes with superb customer support!
Update: 17/Jul/2019I have changed my rating to 4 star, and may yet increase it further, due to the fact that a representative from the company reached out to address my concerns about the quality. They have discussed my specific issues with the factory, and have offered to replace the chair. The service levels they are showing is second to none, some of the best I have ever received. I'd like to stress that at no point have attempted to coerce or bribe a new review out of me, just offered to send me a replacement if I so desired and kindly asked that if the replacement was up to my expectations I would consider re-reviewing the item when it met their high levels of quality. Considering as I said in my original review, I could see the quality and the design was there, it was just let down by some drilled holes that were wonky, I have taken them up on the offer. In light of this, I would suggest that anyone in the same situation I found myself in, reach out to their customer support to resolve the issue first. Frankly, if I had known the service levels I would have received, I would have done so myself.Original Review:Extremely disappointing, but what can I expect for the price. The company seems to be trying hard. The instructions were ok, it was well packed, and it was shipped promptly. Unfortunately, the actual manufacturing was shoddy. Putting it together showed that the bolts/holes didn't all line up properly, particularly the footrest which was seriously askew, and (in my case) on of the handles, whose placement of the bolt was bulging out compared to the other. It seemed like it should have high quality aside from the positioning of the bolts when I put it together, because of the weight, but in fact all the bolts worked themselves loose within a couple of days, resulting in a wobble. Of particular annoyance was the base which would wobble on the pole, but also the right arm, which no matter how tightened, worked itself loose again within a day.I resisted the urge to put a good review, and get a cashback as offered from the manufacturer, because I think it needs to be said. I like what they are trying to do with this chair, but they just need to bring the quality of manufacturing up. It's a shame that a chair that is made from decent strong parts, has the advertised comfort (it's *big*), is let down by essentially, and bunch of shoddy holes drilled in the various wooden parts!

Decent chair, with great aesthetics, but not the best comfort/functionality
Please note the 'stars' are a quick guide and may not be a true representation of the particular area especially what may be more important to you. So to get a better understanding please read the review in full.Another quick note: The chair arrived in good time, good condition and had all the parts, in my opinion this should be a bare minimum standard required but i know it is important to some to know.Aesthetics (Looks): * * * * * A great looking chair, you wont't be disappointed once you set it up, nothing really else to say here.Setup: * * * * I personally was able to 'build' the chair easily with the instructions and parts on my own, however some users have stated that they required 2 people to handle some of the heavier parts so please keep this in mind. Also one or two of the screws took a few attempts to get in properly on the arm rests, with multiple tightening being required.Functionaity: * * * The leg rest was a nice addition, i'm a fairly heavy guy and i didn't feel like the leg rest was going to snap off after little use as you apparently find with other chairs. An issue lies with the arm rests as you cannot raise or lower them, i'm guessing this is because the arm rests move along when you recline the chair but for me i would have preferred the ability to raise the arm rests.Usability: * * * The aforementioned arm rest moving with chair reclining is good for this area especially if you plan on reclining often. Issues here include the levers to operate the recline and height are placed quite far back on the chair so reaching around can be a little tricky, also there aren't any springs or anything so all lifting reclining etc. must be done by you which found me sometimes having to get out of the chair to change it.Comfort: * * * * Comfort was generally good the head rest was easily adjustable though you might find it moves around a bit during use. Personally i would have preferred a bit more padding within the actually seat itself but that will probably come down to personal preference. was very comfortable reclined and utilising the seat rest.

Good at the beginning, but the decay comes quick...
Bought this chair in Jan, now it's November, so roughly 8 months later and I need to say I wouldn't buy it anymore. It's comfy and a decent chair for the money you spend and the reclining is amazingly comfy, but the decay that comes with it, after 8 months, I'm not pleased about.- The sitting cushion become quite hard to sit on- looked at from the front, the whole chair is tilted maybe by 1-2°, so I feel like I'm always leaning to my left- the armrests are wobbly and I need to tighten them twice a week, thus the screw head is stripped down- the sponge in the armrests are worn out to a degree where it feels like you'd put your arms on plastic directly- already after 2-3 weeks, the backrest didn't hold properly anymore, you're always reclining a little bit- all the seems around the chair became yellow (I'm not smoking)...- when I contacted the seller, all they were asking for are pictures and ended nowhere..., ever tried taking pictures of comfort?to be fair, I bought the chair when the lockdown started, because I work from home, so I'm sitting on the chair maybe like up to 12 hours a day, that must be taken into account with these complaints. Also, the reclining part of the chair works quite nicely, although the footrest is a bit wobbly, but once you get the hang of it, no issue really..., and, still holds my legs nicely. Also the little extra back support pillow you get works fine and still does the trick nicely. The biggest annoyance really is the backrest which doesn't really stay in place firmly, so that you're always reclining a little...
