Awesome chalk line! Much finer than a regular one, good quality. Not a super long string line (roughly 80’) but plenty for most jobs. Highly recommend !

I have used these for the past 8 years as a rough framer, the quality is second to none! There is really nothing more to say about them, they may seem expensive, but they will outlast any other chalk box you can find long enough to save money in the long run.

I bought it mostly for lines on woodworking, so I should have bought the thinnest line - and probably will. Yes, it is expensive, but good. If I only use short snaps, it gets a little hard to turn the wheel, but I have to say, I have never, ever used another brand that gives as snappy sharp lines as this one. Don't overfill the tank, use the Tajima band chalk, and you WILL notice the difference. Is it worth the price? Well, if you are pro, you know all the sayings, so...yeah. Totally worth it.

The best chalk line for layout

These are a great chalk box, nice thin lines and fast to reel up. Only four stars because they are a little over priced.

I've had the chalkine for over a year now and still holding up despite being dropped numerous times on hard surfaces like concrete. The locking mechanism works great and the facts the clip has a place to hold it while its in my tool bags to prevent it from tangling is great.

Sure it's more than most but you get what you pay for especially with chalk lines. This string won't break in a month like other brands. Use the correct chalk and it'll be as smooth as it was new for years.

Will never use anything other than Tajima chalk boxes again. The line is the perfect width and snaps a crisp line every time.

Wordt geleverd zonder slaglijn poeder, en poeder van Tajima is in europa zeer slecht verkrijgbaar.

Top braucht ab und zu einen kleinen klopfer aber ansonsten vollkommen zufrieden! Nahezu täglich im Einsatz und die Schnur ist im letzten halben Jahr 2 mal gerissen, allerdings direkt am Anfang wo sie angebunden ist und nicht irgendwo in der Mitte! Der Schlagschnurstrich ist sehr fein und ideal für feine arbeiten oder einen Wasgriss geeignet.
