one cartridge not accepted, vendor contacted me replaced the full set of cartridges.
originally gave them 3 stars, 4 of the 5 cartridges installed fine, however it would not accept the magenta. ended up tossing it. This is the second time I have ordered from EZink, the first order I had no problems.2025-05-16 I upgraded from 3 to 5 stars, vendor reached out to me, apologized, and sent me full set of ink cartridges, great customer service. Will definitely buy from them again.

It works
Worked great in my printer. I did go into settings and uncheck auto updates just in case. Colors are nice and bright. No problems at all. Would buy again and probably will soon since my gf is printing several photo albums.

What a disaster!
I’ve purchased this 4 times and the first two times it worked but not the last two times. One I got on sale to stock up but when I tried to use it 2 months later ( pass the return window) it wouldn’t work and ink was leaking out of the cartridges and got all over the place making a big mess and staining my clothes. I reluctantly ordered another one and this package did not leak but my Epson printer kept saying it was not compatible. I removed and reinstalled 3 times and it wouldn’t not work except for two of the cartridges. Not sure why the quality has greatly decreased but I won’t be buying these anymore for sure.
