Raved the product, but bottle grea
I absolutely LOVE this product! Unfortunately, there was a leak in the bottle & I was told by Amaz on to prove it! I tried to take photos of it but the bottle has a dark brown color. I couldn't get a photo to show how much had leaked out! Now the return date has passed. Sigh!

great product worth the money
I have been using this product for years on a very stubborn cowlick / difficult area and it works great. I typically use it before blowdrying my hair and a little goes a long way. It does not leave the hair sticky at all and despite being a bit costly it is definitely worth it to me.

I can count on this giving my hair shine with more volume. In my 78 years of thin flat frizzy hair I have tried quite a few different products and this one is my favorite.

Worth a try
I have very soft, fine, thin hair & this is the only thing that actually makes it feel thicker. It also adds “grip” to my overly soft hair which I haven’t found with any product. Lastly, it doesn’t leave my hair heavy or greasy at all. Definitely worth a try.

Great for Fine Hair - Hit the Roots
Been using this for years. I have very fine hair and I use this in the roots especially on the top of my head. It adds volume, it's not sticky and Aveda products are wonderful.

Works but can leave hair sticky
This is effective at lifting roots and boosting volume. However, it can leave the hair feeling sticky or tacky. Smells pleasant. Given that there are other products out there just as effective without the negative, I will likely not repurchase.

Gives me volume, no crunchy hair and no build up.
The volumizing tonic adds some volume to my roots when I spray it on damp hair and style with a large round brush. I sometimes under tease my hair at the roots but when I use the tonic, this is minimal. There is no hardness or crunchiness to my hair and it feels on the soft side once dry. It does not weigh my hair down and I condition wash the day after and my hair is still in good condition with no heavy build up.
