So, I've been having a two week struggle with a busted phone face. I bought a different replacement screen the previous week and the results were disastrous, the screen cracking and basically falling apart within days. So I bought this kit, and it worked! The tools were adequate, there were actual instructions this time, and the phone face connected easily and worked properly. There's only one minor flaw in that the replacement screen doesn't sit perfectly inside the old case, so I can press on it and it kind of moves a little bit. But the adhesion makes this not an issue because 95% of the phone is properly seated meaning the replacement screen will never fall out. HOPEFULLY I don't ever need another replacement screen, but if I do, I'll buy another one of these.

I bought this screen for my brother's J7 pro. Shipping was timely, installed it in under 10 minuets and the resolution is clean, however I noticed a few things after installation. Firstly, upon performing the screen calibration, I noticed there was a dead-pixel zone about the size of a thumb print that is not touch responsive. Because of this we can't use the "r" on the keyboard unless it's held sideways. Secondly, the blue-light filter does not work on this screen which was used for eye comfort. I would also advice buyers to order additional glue or tape since the glue on the screen, whilst sticky, still isn't strong enough to hold to the phone. It's a good buy, it fixed the shattered screen however, I'm a bit disappointed in the dead pixel zone and the loss of the blue-light feature.

I had someone professional install the screen, but most areas of the screen are not functioning. It was waste of money. Also the quality is terrible that it shatters by itself.

It doesn't fit flush in the frame. It's too thick for the phone, so the screen sits is higher.

I ordered this for my J730G and the screen was too thick.. everything connected however, the screen was too thick and could not fit.
