Can this be used on the carseat to entertain my baby while driving?

It can although it depends on the seat. The sides of my seat were too thick for the clamps. Also they don't recommend attaching anything to carseats unless it is originally with the seat. They can injury baby in an accident. I used plush animals and soft books instead.

How long is the arch? this information is missing by the seller, and is very important to see if is possible to attach it to a playpen

I don't have a length measurement, but the arc is too short to cross a standard pack n' play. You could attach it across the corner of one, however.

Can this fit on the 2in1 Graco convertible car seat?

Fantastic

I couldn’t recommend this product more highly! So far, I’ve only tried on the bassinet but it’s really great and my three month old absolutely loves it and is already trying to play with some of the toys. Not sure if I want to try it on the pram as I think it would look like a bit too much entertainment!!!

Great Product!

Highly recommend. This product is fantastic and versatile. I purchased a lot of used products that didn’t come with toy bars. My baby would get bored. I was nervous about the teeth on the clamp wrecking the fabric of the car seat or bouncer. It is pretty gentle. Only downfall is the o-rings that hold the toys have a pretty big gap. The toy fell off and hit my baby so I used a different one. Other than that, it’s great for the price!!
