Great value
Easy to assemble and very sturdy design (see pics). I am using the shelves in a walk-in closet for added storage space.

Good product for the $$
Assembly instructions are incorrect. Do not put bushings under first shelf. I had to file the excess plastic left on the uprights in order for them to fit into each other. All in all a good product for the price.

It is EXACTLY what it purports to be!
If you are seeking something elegant, this is NOT it. If you want something that is high quality, this is NOT it. IF you want something that you can assemble, without tools*, in about 10 minutes time and this fits your space, you've found it! We bought this unit because, according to the published measurements, it fit our space for it perfectly and SHOULD have provided about 1/8 inch to spare at the top. As it turned out, it was a PERFECTLY SNUG fit, which suits me fine! Assembly was easy ONCE I got the hang of it. Assembly requires a bit of intuition and LOOKING at the parts. The written instructions are minimal. LOOK at the "bushings" and see where the locking nubs are (there are 6 of them). I slid the bushings down the large end and not as the instructions suggest. To do so, I very gently pried the bushing apart slightly (they are split). I slid the bushings down with the locking nubs over the smooth part of the legs, avoid the locking notches, then I rotated each bushing into place. NO PROBLEMS. *No tools required, but as one reviewer complained about skinned hands, I used a large rubber mallet to "fit" everything together. COMPLAINTS: This arrives in a few pieces: mine was four shelves, a dozen legs and bushings, and four feet. It is NOT shrink wrapped and arrived FILTHY with what I assume to be Canadian dust, since it was manufactured in Canada. When I say filthy, I mean SERIOUS DUST! I used a microfiber cloth to get the surface dust, but I was not about to get into every nook and cranny! Everything is held together with nylon zip ties. When I gently poured the bunch out of the carton, a broken piece of plastic came out. I did NOT examine each shelf closely - as I assembled them, they all looked OK. SO, I have NO idea of the source of the broken piece. The assembled unit DOES appear quite sturdy - but remember that I "set" everything into place using a mallet. If you lightly fit everything, it will not be as sturdy. Whether or not it can genuinely hold 150 pounds per shelf is a good question, but even with canned stuff on a shelf, I doubt that I will come close to that weight.

Solid and sturdy, great for a small room or for space in the garage
It is simple to put together, sturdy enough to put almost anything on it. The only small gripe i have is each shelf tier does not have a solid flat base to it. So if you have smaller items they tend to slip through from the top, but putting a cover on each layer solved that for me. Other than that it is a great product at a great price!

Was short 4 bushings. Count parts before assembly!!!!
Years ago I bought a shelf unit for my outside closet from Home Depot, a Keter. It was too wide for the closet sides so I placed it along the facing wall off to the right. I lost a lot of floor space. 20 yrs later Amazon, where you can practically get anything, any size came along so I ordered this 32" shelf unit to fit off to the side and give me floor space. I took everything off the other shelf and placed it on the patio while assembling this one which was very easy. Sadly, I did not count parts before I started. When I got to the top shelf, no bushings. I had two choices, tear it down and return or contact the company as their paperwork states. I was so into rearranging this closet, I decided not to tear it down and return, I'd contact the company and get the bushings. FYI, been over a week, no bushing. It's a Canadian company, my advice, count parts, if you are short, return to Amazon. I set the last shelf on the top but not aligned with the posts/holes while waiting for bushings that never came. Yet??? I put lightweight items up there like umbrellas etc until I get the bushings. But that's not panning out. I repurposed my 20 yr old Keter shelf for my plants. Comparing the Keter to this shelf, the Keter was better constructed, but that was 20 yrs ago. The size of this Gracious Living is perfect for my needs. But I do need the top shelf. I just wish I had not been so gung ho. I should of flipped the shelves over and counted parts before unloading and removing my Keter shelf. I should of disassembled it once I realized parts were missing and sent it back instead of contacting Gracious Living. Should of, could of, would of. The shelves seem to be sturdy enough for the weight I paced on them. Mind you, I can't use the top shelf fully yet. Kinda still hoping Gracious Living comes through. If they do, I will gladly update. I give 3 stars for the shortage of parts. Not a good value if I can't utilize the top shelf like I needed. This shelf was delivered May 15, 2021. As of today May 31, 2021, no bushings from Gracious Living. Next time I have an issue with a product, I'm contacting Amazon. Not the seller. Very disappointed in Gracious Living.
