Seems this manufacturer is going to give someemployment oppertunity for a lawyer a for a year of trail.Lets look at the ApexDesk Little Soleil DX 43" - SECOND GENERATION, STRONG TABLE as advertised.1)When I unpack found Thermocol Packaging materials were got inside the table's leg which has crank up mechanism. When this unwanted material got inside over the time crank up mechanism should fail. How to avoid such? When manufactured or packed this item, keeping a small plastic or strong cardboard metaila should solve which cost a penny. These penny pingers manufacturer give up2) Crank up handle is make poor plastic which can be easily broken. Certainly should broken in few days. I have attached photo or vedio how badly designed and manufactured.3) The drawyer and bolt not at all fiting. I did not take the picture. If any one needed I will take and upload. The bolt/screw short that drawer and it's handle not at all able to put together. 4) The drawyer is moving part of the item but the drawyer bolts fixable by screw driver. Other bolts are hex-key bolts. when moving parts are fittex with screw, this screw will lose and drawyer will be shackie and fall. Idiotic idea. 5) After all assembled, crank powershaft screw is moved extereme right, still the crank handle is crushing the table and move the table from it is placed. If the KIDS HOLD THE DESK WITH ONE HAND AND CRANK UP, KIDS WILL FINGER SHOULD BE INJURED BY THE CRANK UP MECHANISM. SO DANGEROUS HOUSEHOLD ITEM. Not even worth to keep this desk in money zoo. Only place it should be kept is that the ceo office of Little sole-ill so he can injure his 3rd leg everyday. 6) ohh... ohh.. The tilt part of table is factory assmebled. Did you see my pictures and vedios attached. The tile machanism is not fiting in right aligned. Not left aligned with mail desk. When put back from tilt to normal position, I'm 140 lbs still Im not able to prsess and put back to normal position. Holy sh!t. 6a) After all pumping still amazon fire-2 tv remote is working. These idiot's product wasted time. If you buy this item for your xmas gift, your whole x-mas holiday will be hell. conclusion =========== i) When the family oriented items are manufactured, the decion maker should me a family man and he should use the item at his own home. these idiot work in the model of drop shipping that some junk is manufactured and drop into american house hold as sh!t. 2) The ceo idiot 1st use it at his home. Was looking for an adjustable kids desk for my six-year old and stumbled upon this one. The product is as described and has good quality. Desk goes up and down very smoothly with the handle. Perfect addition to kids study place and be ready for the school year.

great desk. Granddaughter loved it! Well made and easy to assemble. All the parts were there and the instructions were easy to follow. I would recommend it.

Wonderful little desk made for kids from 5 to 13 years old. Sturdy well made structure with stainless steel frame. The tilting mechanism is reliable and safe for little fingers. The one hand desk height adjustment mechanism is ingenious, even a 5 year old can do it. The only thing that I wish they have is a soft bottom ledge barrier that is fixed to the desk to hold books or documents in place as you tilt the top for reading and a small draw to hold pencils. Compared to the Moll desk, this one is a better value.

Home assembly was challenging due to poor factory assembly. The provided instructions and web videos did not fully show proper final assembly based on how we received the desk. One hinge was not attached to the main tabletop...only to the smaller table portion. As a result, it took a while to get all parts properly aligned so that all screws would align and properly tighten. The hex screws are of poor quality and strip easy. There were two parts in the box that are not mentioned in the parts list... some sort of metal bracket and what appears to be a white metal book tray. I also found that many of the pre-installed screws were loose and required tightening. What should have taken 10 minutes to assemble took over 45 minutes.
