In my opinion, it is clearly the best book of Quality Management focussed on SAP ERP in the market. Concepts so appreciated by SAP QM consultants like digital signature, stability studies and batch logistic complexity are highly described in this book among others. Book has real SAP screenshots that makes more understandable all concepts on the system. Highly recommended for QM's rookies, medium and expert. Carlos Velasco SAP Consultant
