Vibox I-31 Gaming PC - Quad Core AMD Ryzen 3200G Processor - Radeon Vega 8 Graphics - 16GB RAM - 1TB SSD - Windows 11 - WiFi

Had the PC for almost a month now and it's the first ever Gaming PC we've bought. My son wanted one for his 11th birthday and I've got to say this PC is a fantastic piece of kit for the money! It came already built, the empty boxes for the installed parts were also added to the package so that we knew exactly what was in the PC for reference. Installation and startup was quick and simple, even for beginners like us. Gameplay looks fast and sharp and handles many modern gaming titles. The RGB lighting on the fans, keyboard and mouse look amazing with various motion lighting options on the fans also (seriously there's tons of options!). If you're just getting into PC gaming i would highly recommend a Vibox built PC, they're great value for money, very easy to install and start gaming with straight away. We even use it for my son's homework because it "feels more exciting working on PC" apparently, as a parent that's definitely a huge bonus. Very very happy with the Vibox PC, in fact, I'm seriously considering one for myself!

Really nice PC, very quiet, very fast. The Mouse was the only let down as it really didn't work very well. The cursor/arrow kept jumping and stuttering on the screen. But no biggy as used the classic mouse port (not usb) to plug my old reliable ball mouse into. But the PC was well packaged and was also very easy to set up. You really can't fault it, it's a great piece of kit (Don't let the mouse put you off). Highly recommended A+

Excellent service and well put together build. The case with RGB lighting looks really impressive. I was massively let down by another company with days to go to Christmas. Ordered this bundle on 22nd and arrived on 23rd so amazing. PC is fine for everyday use and light gaming. The onboard Vega graphics have no problem with titles such as Fortnight and Minecraft. If you require a gaming PC for more intense gaming at higher settings then this isn’t the one. That said the price is very reasonable considering the whole package and would be simple enough to drop in a discrete graphics card in future if required. Overall, would definitely recommend.

After researching what PC I wanted this is the one I choose. I had a brain full of information and when I ordered I thought it had a cd/dvd player included. So though I was disappointed it was not the companies fault as the spec did not say there was one, so order a external one. My only gripe is there was no VGA slot for the monitor a had to use a converter for the ADI slot to VGA. Apart from this a fast PC and my boys love the lights and delivered quickly. very impressed.Update: A couple of weeks on and I thought there was a problem as the lights went to just red and internet seems to slow. I wrote to the company and they responded really quick and gave to piece of advice, I realised it was me not fully setting up and now the Computer is working fantastically. Great customer support for a great PC. Thank you for your prompt help and solving the issue.

Everything from delivery speed to the computer itself to customer service has been absolutely excellent. We were left scratching our heads at not being able to connect it to WiFi, but once we called them for advice, everything was figured out. We bought this as a family computer so it needed to have a good sized memory, be fast, support my graphics programs & be able to play basic level games such as The Sims 4, Fortnite, Minecraft etc while also having room for homework. This does all of that & looks good while doing so. The only reason I've given a 3/5 for gaming is because it is an entry level gaming computer, so you won't be able to play things like the new Assasins Creed or GTAV (at least, not very well), however we knew this when we ordered because we did our homework & Vibox are honest about each computers capabilities & limitations. If you do want something for more advanced gaming, I still recommend these guys, you just need a more powerful option which you can find either on here or through their website .

Bought this as a Christmas present for my son and it will not do anything. Downloads are ridiculously slow and it can’t handle most of the games he wants to play. If you want to play fortnite,apex legends, minecraft multiplayer or stream vr and multiplayer pc games stay well away!

Got this for a starter gaming pc for my sonFirst off it looks great the led and accessories were well receivedSecondly it was easy to set upWe did have a problem with the hard drive but I can’t praise the customer service and tech team enough they replied to emails within minutes have informed advice and resolved our issues taking responsibility and provided a smile back to my sons face. If your concerns relate to what your support services will be like - This organisation outshone any customers services I’ve had recently.

El principio va bastante bien, tampoco se ha probado con juegos muy potentes, envía un USB WiFi, que es de agradecer, pero es una pena que no sea de 5Ghz, por otro lado no estaría más que incluyeran unos adhesivos con la distribución del teclado en español, ya que la distribución del teclado es US, así por lo menos se podría adaptar.
